La ubicación y el trato del personal. Antes de la estancia Verónica nos ayudó muchísimo y durante la estancia, el trato con Virginia fue inmejorable

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and a great location.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very nice friendly staff.

Cons:

Although there was underground parking, it was extremely stressful. The turn into the lift which takes the car down to the parking floor is awkward for anything other than a very small car. And leaving the car park in the lift again is even more difficult because of posts and walls and a tight entrance to the lift. I parked there one night only, took the car out the following morning and needed help to do so. I parked on the street! Way less stressful in a hire car. I have been driving almost forty years.
