Sehr nettes Personal, umfangreiches, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer wirke neu eingerichtet mit Kühlschrank und offensichtlich neuem Bad - das Zimmer war eher klein mit sehr kleinem Bad und lag nach hinten raus ruhig aber auch dunkel - halt dem Gebäude geschuldet, hat unserem Urlaub aber keinen Abbruch getan - nah zum Meer und zum Zentrum ideal

Pros:

Die Lage von Hotel ist sehr Zentral und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte.
Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal überwiegend freundlich.

Cons:

Unsere Handtücher und die Bettwäsche wurde in den 5 Tagen die wir dort waren nicht gewechselt. Die Zimmer wurden täglich oberflächlich gereinigt.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach vorne zur Straße raus, hier war es gerade morgens sehr laut.
Servicekräfte sind nicht geschult, ein paar waren wirklich bemüht, allerdings haben wir bei Bestellung von Schwarzem Tee Kräuter bekommen. Die Dame die sich um den Kaffeeservice gekümmert hat war mehr mehrfach mit ihrem Besuch und ihrem Handy beschäftigt und beim Frühstück haben wir unser Geschirr selber abgeräumt. Da passt Preis/ Leistung einfach überhaupt nicht.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Service, Frühstück reichhaltig und liebevoll angerichtet. Lage ist sehr zentral und alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
