Pros:

Good size. Good location

Cons:

One time the stairs were blocked off and had to use the elevator which sometimes worked

With SO MUCH positive, stayed there twice in 10 days. I should know. It really is close to a lot of places of interest.
Pros:

Everything! Ok, you can get knit-picky on several things. But I won’t.

Cons:

However the elevator has a tale of its own. The balance, and sensors make a sound that’ll frighten the neighbors and cause your spouse’s ear drums to rattle.
When it makes that sound, it will not move, so weight is an issue.

Rapport qualité prix pas du tout satisfaisant et ne correspond pas au standing annoncé dans booking.
Pros:

L' emplacement est bien.
pas de petits déjeuners puisque aucun personnel sur place.

Cons:

Pas de drap dans une des chambres et comme aucun personnel sur place la personne que nous avions en contact par messagerie nous a demandé d' en acheter car elle ne pouvait pas faire intervenir un personnel de ménage.
Chambres très mal insonorisées , poubelle non vidée à notre arrivée dans une des chambres.

Loved the location, very central to everything and there is a coffee shop below the accommodation. Communication with host was very prompt and efficient.

Perfect for a short stay in Ho Chi Min.
Pros:

Perfect for our short stay. Communication with Hanna was very easy, along with access to the building and our room. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The bed was nice and comfy. Location was good too.

Cons:

The barking dog in the back alley.
