É um bom apartamento.
Pros:

O apartamento é lindo, muito bem decorado! O tamanho também é ótimo para um casal com duas crianças. A localização é boa, perto de muitos restaurantes e lojas. 15 minutos do metrô, o que no calor forte do verão é longe!

Cons:

Achei que faltam utensílios de cozinha, não tinham panelas então se quisesse fazer alguma comida só havia uma frigideira. Não tinham pratos para o café da manhã, somente pratos grandes. Os travesseiros era muito duros, muito mesmo! Eu dormi com uma almofada do sofá.
No geral é um ótimo apartamento mas pelo valor acho que vale mais a pena ficar em um bom hotel com café da manhã.

Pros:

Located down a quiet street but close walking distance to convenience stores and train stations. About 15 mins walk to central shinjuku.
Cute apartment that has everything. Good shower, bidet, cooking facilities and washing machine. Staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

The bed is small against the wall so probably only designed for 1 person. The blinds dont block out light. The room will be light from the early hours of the morning. There is a fan thing right next to the bed that never turns off

Localização - 1 minuto a pé da estação de
Metro. Super novo e moderno. Acomodação excelente para 4 pessoas .
Máquina lavar roupa e secar . Fácil acesso tanto caminhando qto metro. Fantástico

Clean, tidy, beautiful and everything you would need
Pros:

Location, great walking distance to main train lines, but also just the right amount of distance away from the crowds in the centre of Tokyo.

So clean, had all the facilitates and more you would need. Self-service check in was good and efficient. Hosts were lovely and friendly and made sure we were okay after a mild earthquake, which was scary as travelers from overseas

Cons:

No comments was perfect.

Super für Stadttrip, wenn man sowieso nicht längere Zeit in der Unterkunft verbringt.
Pros:

Gute Lage im Korea-Town. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe sowie zwei gut vernetzte Stations. Trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Der Platzt war etwas eng für 2 Personen mit 3 Köffern. Bett ist 140 cm breit und für die Koffer hat es zwar Platz aber zum ein- und ausräumen ist es schon etwas knapp. In Tokyo allerdings absolut zu erwarten.

Spacious fully-equipped studio.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious, comfortable for a long stay. The place is really new, with welcoming decoration and amenities.

Cons:

Bed is towards the wall, making it less accessible for one of the guests, and because of that it has only one bedside table.
Location: it is in a very calm neighborhood, 15 minutes walking from main shopping streets in Shinjuku. Note for first timers like us: Tokyo is massive, find an accommodation close to the areas you'll be visiting, else you will lose a lot of time and money in transportation.

Klare Empfehlung - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer tollen Gegend. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wirkt insgesamt sehr hochwertig. Für Tokio ist die Unterkunft (2 Stockwerke) außergewöhnlich groß, sodass man genug Platz hat, um sich wirklich wohlzufühlen.

Modern, clean and comfort, an oasis away from the business of Tokyo
Pros:

It was wonderful to have a kitchenette, washing machine and stepping into the apartment without having to go up stairs or use an elevator. The choice of using two different metro lines depending on where you are exploring for the day is handy. A quiet neighbourhood within walking distances to Shinjuku and eateries.

Cons:

The kitchenette could benefit with a couple of plates for westerners and a box of tissues. These are only minor details but otherwise it was a comfortable stay. PS, some information about rubbish disposal when staying for a few days.

Would recommend. Great property and location!
Pros:

Beautifully furnished property, obviously brand new (doesn’t show up on google street view even).
Clean and great location. Laundry machine and microwave very useful!

Cons:

The pillows are not comfortable at all :-(
