The wellness center is open between 3pm to 7pm . On public holiday the time opening can be also in the morning, please verify with the SPA reception.
During cold season the swimming pool is covered and heated and daily entrance per person is 10 euro supplement .

When booking half board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e l'esperienza è stata ottima sotto ogni punto di vista. L'albergo è bello, curato nei minimi dettagli e caratterizzato da una pulizia davvero impeccabile in tutti gli ambienti. I servizi offerti sono di ottimo livello e rispondono a ogni esigenza. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è lo staff (concierge, reception, di servizio sala-bar-ai piani, e spa): il personale è straordinariamente gentile, premuroso e sempre pronto a collaborare per risolvere qualsiasi richiesta con il sorriso. Più che un semplice ospite, mi sono sentito accolto come a casa. Struttura assolutamente consigliata. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Accoglienza, pulizia, professionalità, colazione , piscina e spa

La camera molto spaziosa e la pulizia molto accurata.
Da grande estimatore di colazioni di hotel (ne ho provate più di 100), oserei dire che il pasto dovrebbe essere rivisto sotto diversi punti di vista. In primis, la struttura dovrebbe offrire più varietà di prodotti caserecci (salumi, formaggi, croissant etc) NON industriali/confezionati e prestare maggiore attenzione alle nuove tendenze e eating habits della food industry (vegano/biologico/proteico…). La sezione dolci, a mio dire la più scarsa, necessita di essere riassemblata completamente in quanto non comprendeva sempre prodotti ‘freschi’, ma per lo più confezionati/industriali di qualità mediocre (vedi ad esempio la ciambella). I succhi, o meglio bevande analcoliche a base di ‘frutta’, erano industriali e annacquati. Un hotel a 4 stelle dovrebbe fornire almeno un paio di succhi 100% frutta o estratti (ad esempio, zenzero). L’erogatore caffetteria era imbarazzante considerando che ci troviamo in Italia: il caffè è il cappuccino erano di dubbia qualità. Concludendo, la colazione offerta non è sicuramente in linea con un hotel wellness 4 stelle.

Nous y avons séjourné 4 jours. Les 2 premiers, il nous a été impossible de profiter de la piscine étant donné qu'elle est très petite et était bondée de participantes d'Eurogym qui l'ont monopolisée! Nous avons seulement pu bénéficier d'1h de la piscine le jour de notre départ.
L'air co dans la chambre : top
La propreté des chambres : les dames faisaient le nettoyage à l'eau tous les jours et essuies changés quotidiennement.
Le port obligatoire du bonnet dans la piscine
Niveau déjeuner, je ne suis jamais bien difficile (je me contente souvent de peu) mais le café était inbuvable, les croissants étaient secs et le pain était sans sel

Da rivedere la manutenzione dei lettini a bordo piscina, ma del resto tutto ok.

Aveva molti ambienti comuni e una posizione strategica.
Tutto molto datato, le sdraio in piscina, alcuni arredamenti dell’esterno, l’ascensore di sinistra che somigliava alla funicolare. Le foto di Booking sono ingannevoli perché la piscina è molto piccola le sdraio sono una 20 per un hotel così grandi e in estate mi sembra fosse molto riduttivo, il servizio era sufficiente, nonostante ho avvertito che eravamo lì per festeggiare non siamo stati omaggiati neanche di una candelina su un dolce. Forse erano alte le aspettative dovute dalle foto e dal sito.
