The wellness center facilities, salt water pool, massages and treatments come at extra charge. Treatments and massages should be booked in advance.

The wellness center is open between 3pm to 7pm . On public holiday the time opening can be also in the morning, please verify with the SPA reception.

During cold season the swimming pool is covered and heated and daily entrance per person is 10 euro supplement .

Please note, pets cannot access the restaurant, bar, pool and spa.

When booking half board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.

Oasi di relax e gentilezza unica: SPA stupenda e piscine curate!
Pros:

Un'oasi di relax a Montecatini TermeHotel meraviglioso sotto ogni punto di vista. Il personale si distingue per una gentilezza rara, sia al ristorante, sia in sala che nell'area wellness. Il percorso benessere da due ore è stupendo e rigenerante, tanto che abbiamo deciso di farlo due volte durante il soggiorno! Bellissime, pulite e molto curate anche le piscine esterne. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca il massimo relax.

Cons:

Unica pecca la mancanza di saponette e mini bagnoschiuma, sostituiti da un semplice dispenser fisso.

Das Hotel ist keine 4 Sterne wert, wir würden das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die gute Lage – vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung entspricht für uns nicht dem, was wir von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten. Es gibt nur wenige Steckdosen. Eine Steckdose befindet sich zwar am Bett, ist aber mit der Beleuchtung gekoppelt – nutzt man sie, hat man kein Licht. Der Fernseher ist vorhanden, allerdings gibt es keinen einzigen Sender in deutscher Sprache. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen sind die Zimmer nicht alle Renoviert. Im Gang tropfte Wasser durch ein Loch aus der Decke (evtl. von der Klimaanlage)
Leider gibt es aber einige Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben. Die Parksituation direkt am Hotel ist sehr schlecht. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz kostet 12 € pro Tag, während öffentliche Parkplätze in der Umgebung für etwa 3 € pro Tag verfügbar sind. Für uns ist daher nicht nachvollziehbar, warum der Hotelparkplatz so viel teurer ist.
Bereits bei unserer Ankunft war der erste Eindruck enttäuschend: Es regnete und im Eingangsbereich stand überall Wasser, da es offensichtlich durch das Dach geregnet hat. Das Personal musste Handtücher auslegen und eine große weiße Wanne aufstellen, um das Regenwasser aufzufangen. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel haben wir so etwas nicht erwartet.
Auch die Darstellung des Hotels auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht vollständig dem tatsächlichen Eindruck vor Ort. Besonders die Angabe „neu renoviert“ können wir nach unserem Aufenthalt nicht nachvollziehen. Auf der offiziellen Website sind zudem Personen ohne Badekappe im Pool zu sehen, während vor Ort eine Badekappenpflicht gilt.

Cons:

La stanza non era un granché letto basso e scomodissimo, cuscini molto duri, caldissima visto che il condizionatore non funzionava bene. Piscina esterna davvero troppo piccola e super affollata. Nel complesso non darei un 4 stelle.

Fine for a night or two, but the hotel’s 4-star is definitely exaggerated.
Pros:

Located in the city centre.
Breakfast offered a good variety: scrambled eggs, muesli with yogurt, selection of pastries.

Cons:

A rather run-down hotel, hardly deserving of its 4-star rating. There was no air-conditioning remote in the room, the soundproofing was poor, and the car park was very small. Breakfast was good, but the coffee from the machine was completely unacceptable for Italy.
