The wellness center facilities, salt water pool, massages and treatments come at extra charge. Treatments and massages should be booked in advance.

The wellness center is open between 3pm to 7pm . On public holiday the time opening can be also in the morning, please verify with the SPA reception.

During cold season the swimming pool is covered and heated and daily entrance per person is 10 euro supplement .

Please note, pets cannot access the restaurant, bar, pool and spa.

When booking half board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.

Pros:

Comfortable beds, very clean room, lovely lounge area and especially helpful staff. Good choice of food at breakfast. Very handy fir the train station.

Cons:

Very high soap dispenser in shower, too high for children.The emergency cord in the shower was also very high, not labelled, and looked like a piece of stray string!
Also, no tea and coffee provided in room.

Pros:

Zimmer und Bad, keine Hacken bzw. Halterungen für Handtücher, Bademäntel, Jacken und Ähnliches.
Unsere Matratze war durchgelegen und man spürte deutlich die Federn.
Nachmittags und abend lief irgendein Gebläse, dass der gesammt Boden im Zimmer (Dritter Stock) vibrierte und ein lautes Brummen über Stunden vorhanden war.
Frühstück: Kaffee war zum Abgewöhnen, erst wenn man beim Personal nachgefragt hat bekamm man Kaffee aus der Küche.
Wenn am Buffet etwas ausging dauerte es oft sehr lange, bis es wieder aufgefüllt wurde.
Personal: Generell an Rezeption, Spa und Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Personal im Speisesaal / Restaurant lies zu wünschen übrig!

Cons:

Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der erste Eindruck täuscht.
Sehr viele Reisegruppen die durchgeschleußt werden (Ankunft am Abend, Abfahrt am Morgen)
Dadurch sehr große Unruhe und Personal an der Rezeption machte einen erschöpften Eindruck, war aber immer freundlich.
Nur 10 Parkplätze am Haus, ansonsten musste man sehr weite Wege zu Fuß bewältigen.

Unica cosa che mi ha fatto brutto da vedere le scarafaggi vicino il macchina dell caffè secondo me va fatto una sanificazione profonda la zona di ristorante

Un'oasi nascosta
Pros:

Hotel nascosto in una traversa del viale dove è presente la ruota panoramica e il teatro, una chicca nascosta, dotato di piscina coperta d'inverno e scoperta d'estate. Il personale è delizioso e disponibile, cordiale e affabile, la struttura arredata in modo delizioso. La camera era confortevole nonostante fossimo in tre e dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità. Segnalo che l'albergo è dotato di qualche posto auto, in numero decisamente inferiore al numero di camere, per cui comprensibilmente è a pagamento (12€ a notte) e soggetto a disponibilità.

L’hôtel est bien localisé en Toscane dans une petite ville sympathique.
Très bon accueil.
La chambre était confortable ; manquait peut être un nécessaire à café.
La piscine était agréable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais répétitif. Et malheureusement, jus de fruits purement industriel, dommage.
