Pros:

Posizione ottima, lontana dal caos, tutto molto piacevole e va sicuramente sottolineato che il fantastico Staff rappresenta un notevole valore aggiunto. Un grazie al Maître di sala, a Ligia e colleghi che rendono il soggiorno veramente indimenticabile.
Colazione ...perfetta!

Pros:

Excellent location just a few minutes’ walk from the cable car. The hotel itself is clean and has a traditional Alpine atmosphere. Staff at the reception were polite.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing.

We felt that regular returning guests were treated much better than new visitors. We were given a small side room that was noticeably less comfortable than many others in the hotel.

The beds were small and not particularly comfortable.

Breakfast was below expectations for a hotel in this price range. The selection was very limited and almost identical every morning.

The manager was the biggest disappointment. Instead of letting guests choose available tables, he constantly directed us where to sit, saying that other tables were reserved for families who, in several cases, never even arrived. It created an unpleasant atmosphere and made us feel unwelcome.

The wellness facilities also have very limited opening hours. The gym is open only from 9:00 to 21:00, and the spa only from 15:00 to 20:00, which significantly limits their usefulness.

La posizione è perfetta, hai tutto a pochi passi, il che ti permette di parcheggiare la macchina all'interno e riprenderla solo quando arriva il momento di andare via
Si nota sin da subito che l'hotel ha un'ottima pulizia
Lo staff è molto cordiale, disponibile e professionale
La cucina è fantastica, ti permette di provare piatti particolari e di alta qualità
La colazione è molto abbondante e variegata
Le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite
La spa bella
Qualità - prezzo più che ottima

Csodás szálloda
Pros:

Szép kilátás az erkélyről.. Kényelmes ,tágas a szoba, Minden nagyon tiszta . Maga a szálloda is nagyon szép belső térrel rendelkezik.
A személyzet nagyon kedves ,segítőkész. Kiemelném az étterem személyzezét,a vacsoránál felszolgáló lányokat. Örültünk hogy magyarként találkoztunk egy kedves kolozsvári lánnyal aki a nyelvünkön kommunkált velünk. Az ételek finomak voltak és csodásan voltak tálalva. A wellness is szuper.Csendes helyen van ,közel a felvonóhoz. Ajánlom a Panorama pass kártyát megvenni. Sok felvonó ingyen látogathato vele.
