Personalen var jätte dryga, slitet hotell, solstolarna var katastrofs och fanns knappt solstolar, handdukarna finns knappt. Man måste typ jaga personalen

Expérience scandaleuse et totalement inacceptable.
J’avais effectué et payé une réservation dans cet hôtel. À mon arrivée, alors que je suis français et que je vis en concubinage depuis 10 ans, on m’a demandé un acte de mariage pour pouvoir accéder à ma chambre. N’étant pas marié, l’hôtel a tout simplement refusé de me laisser entrer malgré ma réservation et mon paiement.
Le plus choquant est qu’aucune solution ne m’a été proposée et que l’établissement a refusé d’annuler ma réservation ou de me rembourser. J’ai donc dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence et louer deux chambres, avec des frais supplémentaires importants.
Je trouve cette manière de traiter un client ayant réservé et payé à l’avance absolument inadmissible. L’accueil a été déplorable et la situation m’a profondément choqué.
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Je demande le remboursement intégral de la réservation qui n’a pas été honorée par l’hôtel.
Une expérience qui m’a malheureusement donné une très mauvaise image de mon séjour au Maroc. Je n’ai aucune intention de retourner dans cet hôtel.
