The best stay!!
Pros:

Julie and Carlos and the cook which unfortunately I forgot her name were the best!!!! They took care of us 100%!!! And when we booked with Julie, the van driver was such an amazing person. He was so informative and always made us laugh. Definitely recommend staying here and booking tours with them.

Cons:

The only thing is the walls are somewhat thin so you can hear pretty much everything outside your room and people talking in their room.

Everything! It was amazing. So close to everything. The tour guide Julie was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had an amazing stay. I’m definitely coming back

El hotel tiene unos procesos de seguridad bastante confiables y claras que permite que los huéspedes estén a gusto .
La ubicación es MUY buena tiene muchísimos puntos de interés cercanos a pie, cobertura de transporte público (sistema Tinto) y vehículos. En pleno centro el comercio de todo tipo permite que conozcas de todo un poco sin ir más lejos. Los recepcionistas son muy amables y humanos, dispuestos a ayudar en que necesites. Los desayunos personalizables entre las opciones que tienen, habitaciones amplias y en general, limpieza y silencio son valorables si buscas descansar de otros lados.
