SOWELL HÔTELS du Golfe de Saint-Tropez

Hotel potřebuje kompletní rekonstrukci, all inclusive katastrofální, oběd jen do papírové krabičky to co bylo k snídaní, večeře výběr jen ze dvou teplých jídel a jinak to to bylo k snídani, pečivo výběr žádný, jen jeden druh bagety a občas croissant, pití z postmixu do papírových kelímků, 1 bar mimo bazén, postavený z plastových stolů bez střech,na veškeré pití pražilo slunce celý den, chybělo sklo na pití, pokud jste chtěl třeba Cinzano s ledem, tak jsme se museli dojít pro led do recepce, protože ho momentálně na baru neměl, pokaždé jste dostali pití do jiné sklenice která byla momentálně k dispozici, menu nabídka míchaných nápojů zcela chyběla, za barem člověk který neuměl čepovat pivo a ani se chovat jako barman, byl to jen amatér ve čtyčhvězdičkovém hotelu, nevíme za co jsme platili all inclusive, na snídani jen jeden druh sýra, divně vyšlehaná nějaká vajíčková pěna, ⁵ lehátky.

It hardly deserves 3 starts, and even that was optimistic 1 years ago.
Rooms are worn out and damaged.

AC wasn't cooling properly.
Showers walls dirty.
Elevator disgusting, dark and slow.

Disproportionate pricing for what you get. Not to be recommended at all

Trochę stary hotel, przydałby się remont, ale naprawdę polecam mimo to.

Peintures des portes et autres à refaire, le rideau occultant ne couvrant pas toute la surface de la fenêtre, plein jour très tôt le matin, baie vitrée coulissante défectueuse ne fermant pas bien, musique plein volume au moment de la sieste et plus encore, comptoir d'accueil niveau **, attente importante avant de récupérer sa chambre, parking payant non justifié, courts de tennis non entretenus (feuilles non balayées, filet en mauvais état), piscine surbondée...partagée à priori avec l’hôtel family,

Today we had a very unpleasant experience staying at one of the hotels offered through Booking.com — Sowell Hotel du Golfe de Saint Tropez (Les Parcs de Grimaud, 83310 Grimaud, France).

The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property; however, its actual condition does not correspond to this level at all. In our opinion, it does not even deserve two stars.

We stayed in room 304 and 305where we encountered the following issues:

water was leaking from the air conditioner in the ceiling;

the towels had an unpleasant smell;

there was mold in the shower cabin and on the shower hose.

In addition, we chose this hotel specifically because its name creates the impression that golf facilities are available. In reality, there are no proper conditions or opportunities for playing golf, which is misleading for guests.

We kindly ask you to more carefully verify information about accommodation properties, in particular the correspondence between the stated category (number of stars) and their actual condition and description. This will help prevent similar situations and disappointment for other guests.

Nous avons été mis en chambre PMR, de ce fait nous avions une douche « à l’italienne » qui débordait dans tous les sens, rendant le sol de la salle de bain mouillé h24, il y avait environ 1 à 2cm d’eau dans cette pièce et à chaque fois que nous allions aux toilettes ou à l’évier nous avions les pieds trempés. De plus les serviettes sont petites et très fines.

Monque de téléphone dans la chambre en cas d'urgence c'est grave.

Cet hôtel n’a rien d’un 4 étoiles , la porte qui donne sur la terrasse ne fermait pas, j’ai demandé des draps de bain pour la douche (c’était des petites serviettes !) pas de prise vers le lit ! Pas de verre pour se rincer les dents ! Mauvaise odeurs dans la chambre ( moisie)
