Schönes ruhiges Hotel mit tollen Außenberich und Stadtnähe
Pros:

Freundliche Empfang, die Rezeptionistin Sara verdient 10 Punkte von 10, sehr hilfsbereit Super Anlage schön ruhig und gepflegter Außenberich, perfekter Parkplatz für die Motorräder.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, die Betten aus Eisengestellen, Matratze hart wie ein Brett! Es gibt keinen Fernseher, keinen Kasten, keine Nachtisch Beleuchtung!
Wir waren 4 Freunde und hatten 4 Zimmer, alle gleich spartanisch.
Vielleicht gibt’s besser ausgestattete Zimmer wenn man länger als eine Nacht bleiben möchte.

The perfect home away from home.
Pros:

I put my blind faith in the online presence of this hotel, but I can safely say that it did not disappoint. A combination of excellent location and spotless facilities, organized and enhanced by the lovely hostess Sera not only met my expectations, but exceeded them with effortless grace. I highly recommend Green Sheep Boutique Hotel, and I know that I’ll certainly be back sooner or later.

Pros:

“This was my second time staying at this hotel and I truly love this place. It has a huge yard with hammocks and an amazing mountain view. The hotel has a beautiful mix of vintage and modern style. The manager, Sera, is absolutely lovely, friendly and very communicative — it’s always a pleasure to interact with her. The bedrooms have breathtaking views and I already know where I’ll stay whenever I come to Kazbegi again. I will definitely come back!”

Our stay at Green Sheep Boutique Hotel was nothing short of magical. The location is absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the stunning views of the Caucasus Mountains felt like stepping into a scene from The Lord of the Rings. Every window framed a postcard-perfect landscape that we’ll never forget.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, cozy, and full of charm. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the owner. She is one of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, she treated us like family — always making sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations, and sharing her lovely energy with us every day.

If you’re planning a visit to Stepantsminda, staying at Green Sheep Boutique Hotel is an absolute must. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Experience
Pros:

The room is amazing, the view is wonderful. Very caring staff. Good internet connection for work. Very clean room. I stayed for two weeks. Highly recommended.

Cons:

There is construction work nearby, and during the day can be a bit noisy at times. Looks like they will finish soon. Also they do not start before 10-11, and not every day.
