Pros:

The hotel location was convenient.
Close to the city center. The staff was nice and friendly.
The breakfast was nice, there was also food for Europeans.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely small. The triple room is so small that there is no even space between the 3 beds. There is no space even to put and open one suitcase, imagine about 3.

Pros:

Chambre confortable. Personnel agréable, à l'écoute, disponible et toujours prêt à aider en cas de soucis. Parties communes toujours propres. A part au petit déjeuner, c'est assez calme.

It was good, though breakfast could be improved
Pros:

I liked water dispensers on every floor instead of bottled water. It is sustainable and convenient.

Cons:

The pin to open the door or for elevator was a bit confusing and in our case in the elevator it did not always work. I am not sure why key cards are no longer used

Okay as a last resort
Pros:

Location was good, near all the hotspots

Cons:

Beds were hard, hotel was old-fashioned and wifi was terrible unless you requested a wifi box which we did not know about

Pros:

El trato del personal. Excelente

Cons:

El desayuno buffet: con muy poca variedad. No había bollería, solo pan para tostar. La fruta se reducía a rodajas de naranja y trozos de plátano. No había yogur. El buffet más escaso que he visto en un hotel de cuatro estrellas en todo el mundo.
La habitación es muy pequeña. Cabe la cama justa y poco más: para extender la maleta hay que hacerlo entre la cama y la pared sin hueco para pasar. La silla de la habitación es un taburete.
