I had book ki hotel booking.com at of pay at Hotel
However when I reached the hotel I was denied accommodation stating that I had to make the payment earlier and the hotel as being already fully book and they did not hold my reservation.

Staff in reception were very good and helpfull

Cons:

The room cleaning was extremely poor — I could not even sit on the sofa, and the floor was very dirty. Additionally, the bed linen had not been changed, which made me question whether the room had been cleaned or inspected at all.

I requested cleaning again, and two staff members came. I tipped them and specifically asked for proper cleaning before I stepped out. However, upon my return, I was surprised to see that they had only changed the bedsheet and left everything else untouched.

This level of service is unacceptable and does not meet basic hygiene standards. this issue be addressed and proper supervision and inspection of housekeeping services be ensured.
