El personal de la noche resolvió los contratiempos. Las amenidades en la sala de estar.

Cons:

Los inconvenientes con la reserva, primero con el espacio para parquear, es preferible que digan que es necesario reservar y que al llegar haya el espacio a que digan que no y que sea un problema luego, y segundo, que la habitación que se había reservado le había sido entregada a otros huéspedes a los que luego debieron reubicar para asignarlo a nosotros.

Awful customer service.

Cons:

The customer service is awful. Worst experience ever. I had to cancel the booking as per payment issues, but property never confirmed the cancelation. When I called by 6pm as I was trying to communicate with the prophet they never reply my messages. It took 9 hours for them to confirm the ser my booking as No-Show. Now I have no place to stay. Just hope I don’t get charged for this awful place.

Mejorar la experiencia visual y habitabilidad

La ubicación

Cons:

El costo, las fotos no muestran las habitaciones como son, chapas de baño dañadas, lugares sencillos, sábanas con chorriado. Realmente no fue muy buena experiencia a nivel de estancia y lo que venden en fotos. El tema del parqueadero es por disponibilidad pero eso no lo informaron, menos mal que había 1 puesto disponible

No son serios cuando fui a hospedarme no tenía parqueadero no me respetaron la reserva con que el parqueadero corría por mi cuenta y no había uno cerca mala atención pésimo no me quede hay
