Pros:

Very friendly and super helpful staff, we loved the pool and the trip to Dark Cave and paradise cave which we organised through the villa!

Wonderful family style stay in Phong Nha! 10/10
Pros:

Amazing staff, so kind and welcoming! Rooms were very comfortable! Great bed/pillows, fast WiFi, great a/c, shower with great pressure. Staff helped with scooter rental at a great rate with no need for own reservation ahead of time.

Cons:

We didn’t use the pool as we didn’t have time but the back area looked lovely and had great views of the mountains!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Vietnam
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room, peaceful and convenient location, and great staff! Ended up staying for four nights and loved it. Staff were so lovely and helpful. They helped me extend my stay and book transportation late in the evening when I messed up my plans. Definitely recommend staying here if you come to Phong Nha. :)

Insane property in great location
Pros:

Great room great hotel. Super location and it was super clean. The shower was amazing. We even went for a midnight swim which wasn’t a problem and we’re able to rent motorbikes from the hotel that arrived in 5 mins
