Pros:

Moderno! Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos. Metrô e ônibus perto, mas um pouco longe das partes mais turísticas de Londres. Limpeza do banheiro adequada.

Cons:

O carpete dos quartos e o lençol da cama não estavam nas melhores condições. O carpete dava para ver marcas de sapatos e o lençol da cama tinha bolinhas. O qurta bem pequeno também.

Super Hotel in London. Ich habe lange gesucht und viele Bewertungen gelesen von anderen Hotels. Mir wurde Angst und Bange vor den Nächten in London. Vor U-Bahnlärm, dünnen Wänden, Straßenlärm und defekter Klimaanlage. Bis ich auf das Mercure aufmerksam wurde. Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen denn wir haben super geschlafen. Top Zimmerservice und die Zimmergröße ausreichend.

Cons:

Subway Anbindung etwa schlecht weil man immer umsteigen muss. Besser man fährt gleich mit dem Bus der direkt vor der Haustür hält.
Betten waren uns zu weich aber auch kein Problem. Anderen passt es vielleicht.
Klobürste wäre auch nicht schlecht im Bad. Auch besser für Zimmerservice.

Boa localização, próxima à estação West Brompton e a uma distância caminhável de Earls Court. Quarto silencioso e com bom tamanho. Funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

O problema da nossa estadia foi o cheiro ruim do quarto, que parecia vir do ralo do banheiro. Conversamos com o gerente que nos ofereceu outro quarto no mesmo andar. Ele foi muito prestativo, mas acredito que este problema do cheiro possa ser do andar que estávamos, porque o segundo quarto também tinha o cheiro, apesar de vem mais fraco. A experiência foi boa no geral, mas acho que o hotel deveria investigar este problema.

Great hotel with modern and clean facilities and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location for what we wanted and very clean and comfortable. We were upgraded on arrival (it was a Sunday night, but was much appreciated). Bed was huge and comfy, coffee facilities in room were great and shower room very modern. We were v happy.

Cons:

Aircon in room didn’t really work very well, and water pressure on the low side - but I’m getting picky now.

Good rooms, good value, good base for getting around
Pros:

Cool room in very hot weather. Convenient for Royal Albert Hall. Nearness to West Brompton tube and Overground makes getting around easy

Cons:

The night light which comes on automatically if you need the bathroom at night wakes up partner if sharing a room.

Die Zimmer sind mit Teppich ausgelegt (unhygienisch) das Zimmer müffelte nach verwelkten Blumen, Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen, Klimaanlage sehr laut

Pyszne śniadanie, miła obsługa, czystość w hotelu ok. Hotel łatwo było znaleźć, łóżko było bardzo wygodne. Suszarka, kawa, żelazko, sejf w pokoju.

Cons:

Po raz pierwszy spotkałam się z tym, że w pokoju nie było wody, za to duży minus. Dopłaciłyśmy do pokoju z widokiem i były to pieniądze wyrzucone w błoto, widok był daleki od spektakularnego, okna na tyle małe i wysoko, że tego widoku w ogóle się nie zauważało.
