Skvělý, perfektní hotel, umístěný na klidném místě v centru, s dostupností do všech zajímavých míst Bad Ischl. Naprostý komfort, čistota, pohodlí, vynikající wellness, bazén, prostor pro vše jak interně, tak garáž, zahrada, přístup personálu - naprosto skvělý. Určitě si to zopakujeme.

Besonders gefallen haben uns die schöne, zentrale Lage und das wunderschöne Schloss, in dem das Frühstück serviert wird. Unser Zimmer war groß und hatte einen Balkon mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge. Die gesamte Anlage hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant 1881 konnte uns leider nicht überzeugen. Die Gerichte waren geschmacklich eher fad, weshalb wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als nicht angemessen empfanden. Zudem mussten wir über 30 Minuten auf die Vorspeise warten, und auch zwischen den weiteren Gängen gab es lange Wartezeiten. Aus diesem Grund haben wir schließlich auf ein Dessert verzichtet.

Auch die Massagen entsprachen leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Nach der Behandlung fühlte ich mich kaum entspannter als zuvor. Zudem sprach der Masseur während der gesamten Massage, was eine ruhige und erholsame Atmosphäre erschwerte und die Entspannung beeinträchtigte.

Die Rezeption wirkte auf uns leider wenig aufmerksam und serviceorientiert. Insgesamt hätten wir uns mehr Engagement sowie eine proaktivere Betreuung der Gäste gewünscht. Selbst beim Check-out wurde nicht nachgefragt, wie unser Aufenthalt war oder ob wir zufrieden gewesen sind. Gerade zum Abschluss eines Aufenthalts hätten wir uns mehr Interesse am Feedback der Gäste gewünscht.
