Very nice hotel.
We were given an upgrade to the hotel in the next block. It was very nice, except the bathroom had glass walls and door. Not so private at all.

Que aunque las habitaciones estaban preparadas no nos las dieron al llegar y parte del grupo tuvo que esperar una hora más.

Si vas por la zona norte es cómodo y apañado. Tienen restaurantes cerca y el metro está a 10-15 minutos andando, sino tienes autobuses.

The beds were so comfy and the rooms were kept very clean and tidy with daily service.
I booked this hotel to use the pool. It was advertised as having a pool and nowhere was it stated that the pool was closed. The front desk gentleman said that it wasn't opened for summer yet. It was 36° that day! So I was very disappointed and feel that should be made much more clear.
