⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Outstanding Stay!

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Casa Valentino Hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we checked out.

A very special thanks to Mr. Jimmy, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. He arranged an early check-in for us at 8:00 AM, which was a huge relief after our early morning flight. He also generously allowed us a late check-out, making our trip completely stress-free.

Another wonderful surprise was that even though we stayed only one night, the hotel offered us breakfast on the day of our arrival as well as the next morning. This level of hospitality is truly exceptional and shows how much they care about their guests.

The entire staff was warm, friendly, respectful, and always smiling. Their service was outstanding, and they made us feel at home throughout our stay.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in an excellent location with easy access to the Old Quarter and nearby attractions.

We highly recommend Casa Valentino Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. If you stay here, you are in great hands with Mr. Jimmy and his amazing team.

Thank you once again for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

كانت إقامتنا جميلة بشكل عام. أشكر جميع موظفي الفندق كانوا ودودين جدا ومتعاونين، وقدموا لنا خدمة استقبال من المطار بسعر مناسب كما سمحوا لنا بتسجيل الدخول مبكرا مجانا رغم وصولنا قبل موعد تسجيل الدخول، وهذا كان محل تقدير كبير

أما بالنسبة للسلبيات، فقد كانت غرفتنا في الطابق السادس بينما المصعد يصل فقط إلى الطابق الخامس، لذلك كان علينا صعود درج إضافي. كذلك الإطلالة لم تكن الأفضل

In the evening, we had a night bus to another city. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage there until the evening, and right before taking the bus, we were able to take a shower.
