Great comfortable stay in Hanoi old quarter
Pros:

We stayed at Casa Valentina for 4 nights in 2 rooms. The location is excellent within Hanoi's old quarter. Easy walking distance to train street, shops, and eateries - including several places made popular by YouTubers. No problems getting Grab or Green SM rides from here - but you may need to wait a few minutes. We particularly enjoyed the street view through the large window - interesting and entertaining. Very comfortable bed - on the firmer side, which is what we prefer. No issues with water pressure or hot water (but note there is a hot water switch, which might not have been communicated). Very clean units. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked again for another 3 nights, for when we return from HaLong Bay & Ninh Binh.

Lovely staff, best breakfast and very comfortable

Great little hotel
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and beds super comfortable. We were travelling as a family of 5 so booked two rooms. One had a window with an amazing view and the other had no window but was so much quieter at night. Bedrooms were on separate floors but very easily accessed by stairs (or the very small lift). All in all I couldn't fault anything.

Fantastic location, great price
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Valentina during our 4 nights in Hanoi. Jimmy and the other staff were incredibly welcoming, always a friendly face at reception whenever we came through. The room and particularly the bed were large, and the space was very clean. Great location with heaps of good spots/cafes around and really easy to walk to main attractions (Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street etc.) Would recommend!
