Pros:

I want to say special thank you to hotel manager Jimmy, and all the stuff working in the hotel, they were beyond helpful, kind and friendly. They have helped us with everything, starting with answering all our little questions, to booking a wonderful excursion trip at their reception desk, to solving some major problems. The hotel is located perfectly in the touristy center, it’s very clean and cosy. We lived on the 7th floor and had a wonderful view of the neighborhood from our balcony. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

Достаточно шумно с улицы. Был номер с балконом, через дверь балкона очень слышен шум с улицы, необходимо учитывать, если у вас чуткий сон

The staff were all so friendly and happy to help. Jimmy was fabulous, giving us a warm welcome with fresh fruit and juce, and supporting us throughout our stay. I was traveling alone with 2 kids and felt safe and completly trusted all the staff. The room was large and clean.
I didn't feel pressured to book any trips through the hotel but actually regretted not taking them up on their offers once I moved on. I did book our Limo service to Ha Long with them and the procedure and communication was faultless. The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to a lot of places and attractions.
