Estupendo
Pros:

La habitación era grande y cómoda y estaba todo limpio. Además de nuestros primeros días en el país repetimos alojamiento el último día del viaje y nos dieron una habitación superior que fue estupenda también. El desayuno es variado y el personal encantador, sin duda vale la pena!

Quite a large room for the price with a nice balcony area, AC in the room is also very effective.
Staff were very helpful and attentive, had given some fresh fruit in the room upon arrival and checking in.

Cons:

The stairwells and reception areas were a bit cluttered, with times have linen and rubbish stacked outside of room at most times of the day.

Air conditioning was not sufficient. As whole floors AC vents were in our balcony. It acts like heater from one side and hence balcony was unusable.

The hotel offers a great stay with clean and comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Room service was efficient and reliable, and the location is very convenient for exploring the area. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

There was power outage for a couple of hours but it's not the hotel's fault. It was due to scheduled electricity maintenance by the local provider.

Habitación sin ruido en pleno centro
Pros:

El personal es encantador. La cama es enorme y súper cómoda. No había ningún ruido en la habitación a pesar de estar en pleno centro. Genial ubicado.

Cons:

El desayuno se realiza en la recepción, algo un poco raro para nosotros pero habitual en Asia. La habitación tiene una mini ventana pegada al techo que no puedes usar pero donde entra algo de luz.
