Bon emplacement, chambre propre et confortable. bon petit déjeuner avec des choix variés.
Le personnel était sympathique.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Good wifi in the rooms and lobby. We were OK to leave our bags and rest a while before the night sleeper bus to Sapa.

早朝の帰国便に乗るため最後の1泊は朝食が食べられなかったことが残念なくらい朝食は美味しかった。オムレツを無料で作ってくれた時もあり、これも良かったです。窓のないお部屋でしたが、静かでよく眠れました。ロケーションも良いので、また来るときはここに宿泊します。

Central position with lots of food options within walking distance. The hotel has kind and helpful staff. Hygiene of the room was also good.

Great location. Great sized room

On my very first day in Vietnam I got hit by a motorbike right in front of the hotel and broke my ankle. The staff came running immediately, made sure the driver stayed and took responsibility, and got me to the hospital. After that they checked on me often and helped me with everything I needed at a time when I really needed it, even bringing me food to the hospital. My parents arrived a bit later and the team went out of their way to make sure they had a great stay, or as great as possible given how much our plans had changed. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean, with a cozy boutique feel, and the staff are beyond friendly. I didn't get to see Hanoi the way I had planned, but I left feeling like I made a real friend. Thank you Mr. Jimmy and the whole team, I won't forget your kindness!

Staff was very hospitable

After several days in Vietnam I realized that no matter where you look in google maps and Booking, for hotels, restaurants, cafes, cruises, etc, it is all infested with fake reviews and they are all pumped up to unrealistically high grades and disappointing moments, giving nothing less than hopelessness when deciding where to go or what to do.

I am extremely grateful to be lucky and find Casa Valentina as the first hotel of my trip. Room, toilet were excellent. Lots of small details were put in the preparation and hostness. The location was perfect, foot distances to anywhere on the old quarter, and most importantly, to a mere 1 apple from one of typical pick up points for day-tours (recently, busses are forbidden to enter the old quarter area). It turned out to be the best and cheapest of the different hotels I booked.

The lady on the front saved my trip massively. Upon having misfortune on a Cruise appointment for the next day that failed to give me answers down to dinner time, she contacted them and fixed it all (the cruise company ended up cancelling my original cruise but provided me with an unbelievable upgrade x20 times more expensive than what I paid). She did not just made that possible, but organized a transfer limousine to Ha Long bay, which I failed to recognize it was not included in the cruise pack. Originally limousines were all booked, and I proceeded to go have dinner in a nearby restaurant with an expensive Grab pre-booked. Nevertheless, she did not stop there, and actually succeeded in obtaining and booking us a limousine, news that she provided upon our return from the restaurant.

Very nice location.

Good customer service and the room was mostly clean but showed signs of use. Good deal for the price included breakfast. The host put flower petals on the bed before we arrived which was a nice touch. They also upgraded the room for free. I would stay again for the price and location
