Great location

Beautiful property!! The bed was SO comfy and the room is quite large. The nice, luxurious shower had all the fancy features in water delivery. Every space (our room, the breakfast room, the chairs & tables throughout the gardens and outside each room) were all immaculately clean. The gardens are lovely and so well maintained. I fell in love with the gigantic oak trees with Spanish moss. We enjoyed coffee outside and relaxed there after our kayaking adventure. The owners even deliver fresh Bavarian pastries for each guest every day to your room. They also offer fresh ground & brewed coffee in the breakfast room that was delicious! We ate dinner at the attached The Three Musketeers Restaurant and it did not disappoint!! Exceptional! Walking distance to the water (launch access), a park with nice playground equipment & also to several downtown local restaurants, some with live music. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Exceptional price for all the extras & special touches. A uniqued, boutique property. We loved it!!

This place was amazing. Closed to the downtown, bars and restaurants. Beautifully decorated, super clean. Staff attentive and friendly. We also loved the onsight restaurant 3 Musketers. I highly recommend this hotel.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail in die Landschaft integriert. Ein toller Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten für jedes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und des Frühstücksraumes war sehr hochwertig und in tadellosem Zustand. Das Zimmer verfügte über eine moderne, sehr leise Klimaanlage. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Es gab eine kleine kulinarische Begrüßungsüberraschung mit einer persönlichen Nachricht.

Great reception and service. Very friendly and helpful. Great location in Crystal River you can walk to restaurants and the few shops. Kayak tour meeting point right next door on wharf. Hotel treats you to an evening pastry delivered to your door. Split A/C very quiet in room. Great shower!
Quiet and clean. Restaurant on site run by the owners daughter is wonderful european style and fine dining. I recommend Wateres Edge Kayak Tours. Would definitely return to this hotel.

It is absolutely gorgeous and kept. Beautiful foliage. Rooms were so pretty and very clean.

Loved how close we were to the springs - literally walking distance. Free parking was an absolute bonus. Absolutely loved how the clean and adorable the room was! The entire property was amazing! We super loved and appreciated the baked goods left on our door!

room one, great room the only thing is the bed is shot. either side of the king bed is slumpy with a mound in the middle.
