Lovely hotel with great customer service.
Pros:

Clean, well maintained room. Staff very attentive and friendly. Great value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Cons:

Nothing- everything was I expected and more! Well, maybe free parking would help to be a 10/10 :)

Lovely hotel close to everything.
Pros:

An excellent location close to the station, shops and restaurants. Very comfy beds,helpful staff and all round great.

Cons:

We were a party of 6 and all noticed there were no magnifying mirrors or separate mirror in the room. We were getting ready for a wedding so that would have been helpful to see hair from behind. Most hotels of this standard supply a spare hand mirror??

Pros:

Great rooms and location stayed a few times and love this hotel.

Great city centre hotel, exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Well equipped room, window that opens, good quality shower products.
Comfy bed. Mirror by socket to dry hair.
Dinner enjoyable..
Lovely city view.
Very clean.
Fast lifts.

Cons:

Breakfast, although plentiful was a little tasteless, we ate from the buffet and didn’t enjoy the eggs or mushrooms.
We will try the à la cart next time.

Please please please serve tea and coffee, the machine is not 4 star. I want to be served earl grey in a pot with semi skimmed milk.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Reception staff very welcoming, rooms already for us at 12.30pm. Afternoon Tea excellent and lovely atmosphere. Breakfast fantastic with more than enough choice.

Perfect hotel, perfect location. Very comfortable and friendly staff. Definitely recommended.
Pros:

Staff friendliness and communication throughout visit. Location was perfect, also, as my wife has a disability and we travelled by train.
