Great hotel. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel. Room was spacious, modern and very clean. Separate bedroom and a dining/lounge. Two large tv's in bedroom and lounge. Walk-in shower. Great views over the canal area and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Brilliant value for money. Sky Bar on the roof was nice and had a great view over Leeds.

Cons:

Nothing really. Restaurant had not much choice, but there were plenty of options nearby.

Good value for money, excellent accommodation and reception manager Mariott was superb.
Pros:

There was an issue when I presented my (Halifax) bank card for payment. The reception manager, Mariott Larsson went above and beyond her duties as reception manager to sort out my problems with the card and she even upgraded my room to the penthouse suite. Nothing was too much trouble and to me that means a lot.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

Pros:

Staff very friendly especially at reception and in rooftop bar . Extremely clean hotel and bed was 9/10 for comfort which is rare in any hotel . Very impressed . Room was excellent
