Being woken up at 8am by housekeeping persistently knocking on the door
The hotel is beautiful, spacious rooms and beautiful location.
Unfortunately when we arrived the key card wouldn’t work to one of our rooms, when they gave us the new key there was someone else in the room. This is the second time this has happened to me this year staying at a Double Tree by Hilton hotel and I worry about security.

Gym not as well equipped as would have liked
This is a newer Hilton Doubletree and it is divine. Clean and comfortable room, great soundproofing (we were close to the rail side and couldn’t hear much with the window closed). Would stay again
Not even truly a dislike, but for some, if you are staying on Friday/Saturday the lifts can get quite busy with drunk people going up to sky garden. It would be better if they had a dedicated lift
