Отличное расположение, комфортный номер, было все необходимое

Cons:

Взяли штраф в 300 песо за полотенца. У меня окрашенные волосы, на любых полотенцах после использования будет оставаться краситель, но это легко исправляется обычно домашней стиркой, по этому я обычно не переживаю за порчу текстиля. Но в этом отеле меня не стали слушать, сказали что полотенца испорчены и я должны оплатить штраф, никакие аргументы не убедили их.

Recepción, personal poco agradable, la chica poco comunicativa, a parte se le pidió poder salir una hora más tarde de las 11am que es el check out y lo negó, al día siguiente hablé con otra persona y me dijo que podíamos salir a las 12 y después pagar $350 por hora hasta las 3p.m lo cual la chica no nos proporcionó esa información

El hotel está muy bie ubicado y es bonito

Cons:

Al personal de la recepción se le olvidó devolverme el pasaporte en el momento del check in (1pm) y solo en la noche (8pm) cuando bajé a preguntar por el, la persona me dijo ah si, mi compañera me dijo que se habia quedad un documento!!
Además, en una de las habitaciones se salía el agua de la ducha y se mojaba todo el baño.
