Wonderful hotel amazing staff
Pros:

I have stayed in plenty of 5 stars hotels, but dusit thani Cairo really stands out of one of the best i have tried, great facilities wonderful staff and great management .
I really recommend this hotel if you want to spend great time in cairo

الفندق جدا ممتاز كل الطاقم ممتاز اخص الاخت ( جانه ) بس انصح لاتصرف من مكينه بنك مصر سحبت 100 دولار الفندق يقول مالي شغل البنك يقول قدم طلب بعد سبوع نرد عليك يعني مافي فلوس شكرا

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience — definitely not what I expected from Dusit Thani.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the staff completely ruin the experience. There is a clear lack of professionalism, organization, and basic respect for guests.

Every day, even for something as simple as a coffee or croissant, the price seemed to change depending on which employee was serving us. This is completely unacceptable and gives the impression that some staff are simply trying to take advantage of guests.

And as if that wasn’t enough, after I checked out, I received a call from the hotel claiming that a pillow was missing from the room. The pillow was there in the room. Honestly, calling a guest after checkout with such an accusation is extremely inappropriate and embarrassing. This is not how you treat guests.

Dusit Thani should seriously review its staff, service standards, and internal procedures. A beautiful hotel means nothing if the guest is treated this way.

Very disappointing. I will be submitting a formal complaint to Dusit management.


الفندق من ناحية التصميم جميل، لكن للأسف الموظفين خربوا التجربة بالكامل.

كل يوم تطلب قهوة أو كرواسون، تلقى السعر غير عن اليوم اللي قبله، والسعر يتغير حسب الموظف! بصراحة الموضوع يوحي بتلاعب واستغلال للضيف، وهذا شيء ما يليق بفندق بهذا المستوى.

والأغرب بعد ما طلعت من الفندق، يتصلون بكل وقاحة ويقولون إن في مخدة ناقصة! المخدة موجودة بالغرفة، ومع ذلك يتصلون ويتهمون الضيف وكأنه طالع بشي من الفندق. عيب والله.

الاحترافية مو ديكور وفخامة وبس. الاحترافية احترام الضيف، الوضوح، وحسن التعامل. للأسف هذا الشي كان مفقود عند بعض موظفين الفندق بشكل واضح.

Dusit Thani، راجعوا موظفينكم وطريقة تعاملهم مع الضيوف، لأن اللي صار ما يليق باسمكم ولا بمستوى الفندق.

وبكل صراحة، تجربتي كانت سيئة جداً، وراح أرفع شكوى رسمية للإدارة الأم.

Not a 5-stars hotel experience
Pros:

The hotel is modern and spacious

Cons:

Most of the staff doesn’t speak english. It was very difficult to communicate. Management should invest in staff training.
The breakfast was poor, with a lot of low-quality choices, preheated food, and the coffee was terrible.
