Overall, our experience was excellent. From the reservation team, who assisted us with the airport shuttle arrangements and accommodated our requests, to the hotel's beautiful and well-maintained rooms, everything was handled professionally. Although we encountered a few issues during our stay, the manager, Islam, demonstrated exceptional hospitality and took the necessary steps to ensure we had a much better experience. His dedication to guest satisfaction was truly appreciated and made a positive difference to our stay.

The lack of an acceptable internet connection ruined all my stay; I will no longer come back unfortunately…
Pros:

The swimming pool and the terrace bar on the pool (even if this is always too crowded and you have to wait a little bit before receiving a table)

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was often down and when it was on order or worked discontinuously and the speed was too slow (less then 5Mb in downtown and 1Mb in upload). Absolutely not enough for a 5 stars hotel with business people target in a Business District.

Cons:

I did not feel safe staying at this hotel. There were often doors left open during the night, and many unfamiliar people coming and going. The overall environment did not feel secure or comfortable for guests.

Cons:

In-room service menu for lunch and Dinner could have had more choices. It would have been good to order in-room service from any of the resturant menus, especially for a lone traveller

The hotel is nice but guests rooms need maintenance
Pros:

The pool area was nice

Cons:

The room AC seems fan only couldn’t sleep. The temperature outside cooler than the room itself. The toilet smells bad that needs a maintenance. Towels very old and turned from white to another color. Furniture has been old and needs to be replaced.
