للأسف كانت تجربتي مخيبة للآمال. طوال فترة إقامتي كنت أضطر للاتصال عدة مرات للحصول على أي خدمة دون استجابة تذكر، واستمر الأمر حتى لحظة المغادرة عندما طلبت المساعدة لنقل الأمتعة ولم أجد أي تجاوب، مما اضطرني للجوء إلى مدير الاستقبال شخصيًا.
