I love to stay always at amora neo luxe bangkok
The location is right across Emsphere. I would like to commend this particular restaurant staff by the name of Pam. She really make my stay here extremely pleasant and felt welcome. She took the extra effort to remember my room number and food preference and importantly she is always seen to be polite, bubbly and cheerful and full of positive vibes.
The bathroom somehow is full of ants crawling even for the wash basin area though I am not exactly sure what causes it. Also, I was charged for a bucket of ice upon checkout (all hotels do provides complimentary ice bucket when requested). The receptionist did not even to inform me of the upfront charges for the request of ice bucket. This was my sore point as the hotel should have told the guest upfront on the said charges as a matter of principle instead of providing first and surprised you with the charges later. This to me is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Overall, a good small comfy hotel.

There's a split nail spot on the floor living to bathroom. Should be fixed before someone accidentally hurts
May the Management could innovative having a look into going away of bathroom plastic amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body creamer, shower creme ...think of it...
I like everything about this Hotel. The location is perfect. It is close walking distance to Sukhumvit station. Basically across the road from Emsphere shopping centre and little further walk from Terminal 21. The rooms and room service was excellent. The Hotel reception and staff were so friendly. I liked the swimming as well. I highly recommend staying at Amora Neo Luxe.
Top class Bangkok venue and reasonably priced (for now). Everything was good about the place and the staff were 5 star.
