Good overnight stay
Pros:

The location is off the main road and the approach rioad is very poor. Be careful when driving. This is a very small nice cozy guest house for an overnight stay in budget.

There is no good restaurant in walking distance

Hotel is really nice

I wouldn't stay again with the damp problem, if that was sorted out then I'd stay again.
Pros:

The room was adequate in terms of facilities and what I would expect for the price paid.

Cons:

The major downfall was the room had a lot of mould and smelt very damp, there wasn't any way for moisture to leave the room as there aren't any windows, nor an extractor fan that could deal with a sealed room when the doors are shut. The rooms really need some sort of extractor fan to help with the mould and it needs addressing now as the damp had an overwhelming smell.

OK for 1 night stay
Pros:

got a large room with 2 double beds... for 3 of us that was quite spacious.

Cons:

location is inside a colony. roads are very bad with large potholes. while that is not the hotel's responsibility it definitely lowers the overall experience. breakfast quality was average. staff was helpful.
