Great location, staff very kind and cleaning everyday

J'ai passé 12 nuits dans cet hôtel. Je confirme : fabuleux! Les chambres sont d'une propreté remarquable, félicitations au personnel chargé de la lingerie et du nettoyage! Vous vivrez dans cet hôtel une ambiance typiquement chinoise/mongole, à l'opposé de ce que l'on peut ressentir dans les grandes chaînes hôtelières standardisées et impersonnelles. C'est un hôtel qui a beaucoup de charme. J'ai pris tous mes repas le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. Le buffet est grandiose et la cuisine est excellente. J'ai pu goûter toutes les saveurs de la Chine. Félicitations au chef! Tous le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Merci notamment à Félix qui m'a beaucoup aidé pour bien profiter de mon séjour. Merci beaucoup à tous pour l'accueil, merci, merci!
O pequeno almoço era fabuloso com muita variedade e tudo fresco. A localizaçao é execelente para visitar Pequim e com uma entrada do metro a pouca distancia a caminhar. Fomos visitar a muralha e saímos às 6:00. Prepararam um pequeno almoço takeaway nesse dia. Recomendamos vivamente.
Não tivemos tempo para experimentar o restaurante para almoçar ou jantar.

One of the best hotels we have ever been. The personal made all to let us feel comfortable and pleasant. Quite close to the main attractions in the city.
I really liked the location of the hotel, since there is a subway station nearby. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast, with varied options. The hotel staff is always very attentive and friendly. I must highlight the work of Wang Gen Kao, who left in my room small details that make the difference, making our stay very pleasant. I give him 5 stars and more if he could for his dedication and work. A great hotel, with excellent staff. We had an excellent stay. Thank you very much!

Clean rooms. Very close to the subway. The concierge was the best. Special mention to Felxi who helped me book tickets and guide me to the places I can cover given that we had only 2.5 days in Beijing.
The housekeeping team is very attentive and meticulous. They provided extra hangers noticing that we had many clothes. They also did a thorough job by washing the used cups ( which most housekeeping teams no longer do) and wiped the surfaces clean. Fab job!
The concierge staff gave good clear instructions for eating places and helped to order food for us when the restaurants were closed.
The lack of 24hour room service. Made it difficult on a heavy rainy day where we reached the hotel after 9pm from sightseeing.
