Great location for exploring Beijing , 2 minutes walk from Dongdan subway station . Rooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean . Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was a traditional Mongolian breakfast but they also do offer pastries / toast / waffles if this is not to your taste . Hotel has lots of facilities including vending machines and coffee machines , delivered by robot .

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel, although our first impression was not the best. We were initially assigned a room with an almost non-functioning air conditioner and very poor lighting. For some time, the staff tried to convince us that everything was working as intended, and one of the front desk employees was rather rude.
After we requested to speak with management, the issue was resolved professionally. Although the manager was not on-site, the assistant manager handled the situation very well and arranged for us to move to another Super Deluxe room, which was much more comfortable. It was clear that the hotel genuinely wanted to make up for the unpleasant start. As a thoughtful gesture, we received a beautiful painting and a box of cigarettes from the hotel's gift shop, followed later by a complimentary fruit platter.
The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. We would also like to give special thanks to Hans, the porter, who was always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed.
The breakfast is mainly focused on local cuisine and may not suit everyone, but there are enough traditional Western options to enjoy a good meal.
The location is convenient, although the hotel is a bit farther from Wangfujing Street than the website suggests.
Despite the difficult beginning, the way the staff handled the situation made a real difference. Their sincere efforts to resolve the issue and take care of us left us with an overall positive impression of the hotel.

Very good location, just a short walk to the Forbidden City and very close to the subway (Dongdan station). The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with a great variety of tasty dishes. We had the buffet dinner 4 out of 6 nights. It was a convenient choice with a great variety of dishes at a reasonable price.

The furniture felt a bit dated, but the room was perfectly clean and serviced every day. It didn’t bother us at all. The cleaning staff was amazing: very polite and efficient. Room and bathroom cleanliness was the most important thing for me.
