Pros:

It was amazing! The location was great.

Cons:

You can hear people in neighboring rooms very well (especially in the restroom). It made me feel anxious sometimes!

stayed 4 days and room was never done. no safe in room, shower in bath with awkward mechanism, very expensive for no service and unfriendly staff

It was a great stay, everything went well. Will return.
Pros:

I liked how staff was pleasant and friendly. Very easy check-in process. When I called the front desk and was in need of more towels they came right away. Front desk was also great when I was grabbing some late night snacks and drinks. Hotel was clean and and will return if I'm ever in the Chicago area.

Nice place that needs a better attitude.
Pros:

It was convenient and clean.

Cons:

I was chastised by the front desk clerk for not going directly to the hotel to book my reservation. I told her I tried but got attitude from the reservationist. She said that never happened.

really nice convenient hotel for visiting the university and downtown
Pros:

Hotel location and staff were 10/10. Foyer area really nice and bright. Gym decent weights and cardio and a bonus Peloton bike. Plenty of nice coffee shops and eateries. Easy access to downtown on the train. Easy walk to Northwestern campus and lake. Really peaceful place.

Cons:

Bathroom very dated and not great shower / tub etc

Pros:

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. My 10-year-old daughter and I felt safe and well-taken care of. We will go back next time we visit Chicago. :)

Cons:

It would have been nice to have discounted parking for guests, but the parking garage was not too bad.
