Sehr schlecht, nicht zu empfehlen.

Das gesamte Hotel hat einen unerträglichen Gestank nach Herrenparfum. Sowohl in der Lobby als auch in den Zimmern wird mit sehr starkem Raumduft gearbeitet, der so beißend ist, dass man ihn auf der Zunge schmeckt und er im Hals wehtut. Selbst nach Stunden mit offenem Fenster war der Geruch nicht verflogen. Das Frühstück ist ein absoluter Witz. Als wir um 08.30 kamen, gab es nichts mehr, noch nicht einmal Besteck. Das Personal versuchte die leeren Platten aufzufüllen, kommt aber einfach nicht hinterher, da insgesamt viel zu wenig kalkuliert ist für die Anzahl der vorhandenen Gäste. Wir sind gegangen und haben woanders gefrühstückt. Das sollte man also bedenken, wenn man sich vom billigen Preis leiten lässt. Dieses Hotel ist selbst das wenige Geld nicht wert.

След дълго пътуване със съпругата ми спряхме да нощуваме на това място. Останахме очаровани от всичко. Лесно го открихме,удобно паркирахме. Рецепция 24ч с много любезно и приятно посрещане.Големи,удобни и чисти стаи.Имаше и включена закуска, беше много вкусно и достатъчно. Отношението на домакина и персонала е повече от прекрасно.Много ни хареса и го препоръчваме.

Too noisy
Pros:

Location is good - near the airport. Street itself is quite quiet. Personal is quite wcoming. Hotel is new (but there are some nuances below)

Cons:

Too noisy. Don't stay here if you want to sleep. Walls are thin and you can hear the noise from your neighbours well. But the worst are the doors with big holes below, all the sound from the hall coming easily. Also, doors are closing with grand smash sound so you can woke up easily each time neighbours coming to their room.
Separate point - music starts to play after 8 AM. I first thought it is sound from neighbours. But it is from the hall. Owners might be thinking it would be great to notify people that breakfast has started. But it's strange - let people decide, maybe somebody wants to sleep, not to be woken up by this music (we were woken up). Let people sleep.
Curtains let the light to come in. If you don't have face mask, you will woke up by light. There is no chance to sleep during the day since the light and, again, noise.
Breakfasts in the lobby also seem strange for me since the lobby is usually not the cleanest place.
Interior of the hotel pretends to be rich (a lot of "gold" ) but materials are super cheap. I would make it simple but calm and stylish.
On top of that, I didn't understand the idea with "clean my room" and "do not disturb" buttons in the room. Just cards on the door would be enough. I occasionally pushed "clean my room" then reverted and pushed "do not disturb", but 5 minutes later 2 persons came to clean my room. They wanted to clean it despite that I asked several times not to clean. After some time, they retreated.
Overall, you can stay at the hotel, but be sure to bring face sleeping mask and ear protectors so that you could at least sleep.
