Pros:

飯店三週年慶，還是個新飯店，每個員工說話都面帶笑容 ，內部訓練很紮實，早餐超極棒的，尤其喜歡生牛肉湯，喝了3碗，滿足。
大眾泡湯池也是首選，泡湯還可以欣賞山景，很加分。
房間內湯池也是很讚。

Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Overseeing the mountains, while in my onsen in the bedroom was amazing. The bed is also comfortable, and the room was very clean. Top hotel!

Cons:

As a foreigner, communicating with the staff at the reception was a bit of a challenge. They also didn't seem so comfortable with me there, so I cannot say that I felt 100% welcomed.

服務態度非常好👍
這次訂購鐵板燒套餐晚餐，由於同梯的客人講話很大聲 直接影響到用餐感受以及環境跟氛圍，很感謝工作人員特地幫我們安排外面咖啡廳的座位，也耐心的幫我們端上每一道晚餐，還送上小驚喜，不論是鐵板套餐晚餐還是隔天的早餐，都很好吃，所有的工作人員都非常的親切，體驗的感覺很舒服，房間內的小點心也別有用心的設計一些總公司的在地食材。這次入住比較晚，下一次入住的時候會更用心體驗各個設施。

Pros:

房間的大浴缸 戶外的溫泉池

Cons:

開車進出都要被擋在車道口，在check in時明明會告知車號 每次出去都還是要停在出口再打電話到櫃檯超
