Nothing ready to do with the hotel just the entrance as you have to go off the M62 and then it’s a bit of a minefield maze trying to get crossover and I got lost and I think many people do so I spent more time trying to get back to the hotel being led by a satnav I didn’t know where it was going but that’s nothing to do with the hotel that’s just bad directions and a bit of an awkward entrance How it works but once I was on the right side of the road it was very easy to get into the property and a great
The room, food and staff were excellent. We paid for an evening meal in the hotel restaurant which was delicious and had many choices available on the menu. It also catered well for dietary requirements as I have a milk allergy.
The price of the food was expensive but we did enjoy the food and ate every scrap!
Location perfect for me, staff very friendly
Clean comfortable room
Traffic noise
The room was clean and comfortable. The gym was great as it had been revamped since the last time i stayed. The reception area, bar area, restaurant are so pretty and the staff are so ver friendly and welcoming without being over bearing. The breakfast was fabulous.
I don't think I should have to pay to park on a hotel car park when I am a paying guest.
Location
Nothing to dislike apart from having to pay for parking
Great staff, the best bacon rolls
Extend breakfast closing time from 09.30
Staff very pleasant ,wasn't happy about paying car parking charges, there's no justification parking to use the fitness centre was free
Large spacious receptiom area
Loads of parking
Gym in the lobby area
Tesla superchargers (open to all EVs) in the car park
Spacious rooms
Dog friendly (£15 extra charge) dog bed and bowls provided
Decent buffet breakfast (£15)
£4 to park overnight
Ample parking and staff on arrival (at 3am) were friendly and great!
The evening receptionist who had an awful attitude and very unhelpful…could do with training on how to speak to customers over the phone….
Bfast buffet was almost empty even when we went down at 8am…. Limited choices…. No butter… eggs ran out… watermelon ran out…. Hash browns were over done and crumbling on our plates…. No fruits…. Pretty pathetic considering we were charged £10/15 per head…. We were staying as a bridal party so had booked in advance for over 50 of us…..
