J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la situation de l'hôtel et la chambre était spacieuse et propre.
Pour une seule nuit, tout était bien.

朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったです。
スタッフの対応は、特に愛想が良いわけでも、悪いだけでもありませんが、まあ普通でした。
レストランのスタッフは愛想が良かったです。
領収書を頼みましたが、やたらと時間がかかり、しかも間違いだらけで何度も作り出してもらうことなりました。しかも、間違いを指摘しても、じゃあ作り直すというだけで、最後までお詫びはありませんでした。
あと、部屋の電気のスイッチがオシャレなのですが、複雑な形状で、どれを押せばどこが点いたり消えたりするのか分かりにくく、3泊しましたが、最後まで手探りでイラつきました。
ホテルの夕食は比較的高いと思います。ガラガラなのに、焼きそば1品が出てくるのに30分ぐらいかかったのも謎でした。
あと、5階の部屋なのに、毎晩、蚊が出ました。デング熱が怖いので蚊取り線香を焚いていましたが、効かない蚊だったようです。
それと、朝、エレベーターが止まっていましたが、フロントのスタッフは平然としていて、特に何か対処しようという感じがなく、不思議でした。同行者の部屋はエアコンが壊れて最後まで直らず、電気系統が全体的に弱いのかもしれません。
再び泊まることはないと思います。

Breakfast was really good. Exceptional.
Room quality very poor and disappointed. Most of the bed room light not working and also washroom shower glass broke, not able to open properly. Very old room and floor not carpeting, few of room tiles is broken.
Clean, quiet, comfortable and close to most important places. The staff is very respectful, polite and supportive
