El personal es amable y atento, pero deben mejorar el tema de estar más atentos a la calidad de servicio que brindan!

Cons:

El hotel necesita mantenimiento, las baldosas de la habitación estaban rotas, no había suficientes toallas, nuestro baño estaba taponado antes de usarlo y el hotel no se ve como las fotos, en una habitación grande, el aire acondicionado NO enfría lo suficiente. Las sábanas estaban manchadas y el sofá, super sucio, no había shampooi y jabón suficiente, debimos comprar ambas cosas. Debe hacerse un mantenimiento y mejoras URGENTE!!!
