Todo bien
Con respecto al desayuno muy simple y repetitivo debería ser un poco más contundente y variado .
En la habitación no había cablevision y no había agua caliente ,deberían ver ese tema por qué no a todos el agua les parece caliente a toda hora .

La predisposición a solucionar el inconveniente de alguna manera.
Lo que sucedió es que llegué al hotel con mi familia entre ella una bebé, y resultó que el chek-in se realizaba desde las 3pm y si alguien abandona el hotel en ese horario, abría disponible la habitación me supieron mencionar; ya que si abandonan más tarde… me entregarían la habitación cuando se retiren. Teniendo en cuenta que ya estaba reservada.
En el tiempo que llevo usando la app no había sucedido esto; y siempre de los sitios o lugares de hospedaje siempre se comunicaban para que realice el pago (un porcentaje por adelantado) y verificar alguna inquietud o información que necesite. Pero esta vez no hubo nada de comunicación, que de echo llegué y es como que no sabían nada. No sé si fue falta de organización o métricas del establecimiento que no disponen o esa vez se pasó por alto; la verdad no lo sé.
Pero mi bebé con el calor intenso rompió en llanto y todo incómodo como familia y un mal sabor de la situación.
Pero cabe recalcar la predisposición del personal, excelente… donde me dieron una parte donde había ventilación para que mi bebé no estuviera sofocada y sumida en llanto.
Y se que se mencionará tantas opiniones de la situación, pero de mi parte es un mal sabor de boca a la situación presentada ya sea por desorganización, protocolos, procedimientos etc…

The pictures of the add are completely misleading. The hotel and the rooms do not look like that in reality. Rooms are not well maintained, humid, and worn off. The bed sheets are smelly. It is a cheap option to stay and safe but don’t expect much.
