A room is little small.
The location in the city centre of course and how clean was it!! :)
Unfortunately the moment of my arrival there wasn’t any parking spot near to park my car temporarily and move my luggage into the apartment. I managed by parking on the sidewalk, but neighbors were very kind so no problem at the end. So except form this the rest were excellent!!
We had an exceptional stay at Martin suites. The rooms were modern, bright, spacious, and very clean. It came with everything that we needed for an excellent stay. When we did run into the staff they were extremely friendly. The apartments are in a quieter part of town which was appreciated on weekend nights.
We wished we could have stayed longer! The apartments are also so modern that they only have keyless entry, so we were constantly double-checking that the room was locked when we left. It might have been nice to also have a key of some sort for peace of mind, just in case the power goes out.
The hosts were amazing. Their check-in instructions were clear. The location is great. They granted us with a late check-out. They also gave us a card for a parking garage which was very convenient. So, an amazing stay
A lovely, modern apartment in a great location in the old town - about a 10 min stroll to Ledras Street. Check-in was remote via a key code, but there was also a very friendly and helpful lady on site who directed me to the nearby (free) parking lot. Apartment was well equipped, with kettle, coffee maker and fridge, and very clean and comfortable. Very good WiFi too.
Only one (very minor!) point - the room was a little small - but hey, this is a city centre apartment so more or less expected. Everything else was just great.
The location is unbeatable. And the room was comfortable.
It was quite small, though correct as advertised. So not really complaining.
The rooms were clean and tidy. The property had a lift which was great on arrival with our bags. The location was also good.

Tutto! La struttura è moderna e la posizione è strategica, vicinissima alla via principale di Nicosia e al check-point. Il personale si è distinto per la grande gentilezza. I punti forti del nostro soggiorno sono stati senza dubbio il letto (comodissimo!), il parcheggio privato a noi riservato, che si è rivelato utilissimo, e una bellissima coccola: il caffè in camera era davvero di ottima qualità.
La stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato era un pochino piccola, ma era talmente accogliente, pulita e ben fornita che le dimensioni non hanno minimamente influito in negativo sul nostro soggiorno. Non cambierei nulla!
Couldn’t do enough for us, spotless clean and great location
L’emplacement dans la vieille ville. Nous nous déplacions en bus à cause de la conduite à gauche et il était proche de la gare des bus.
La présence d’une machine à café (compliquée à utiliser) avec des dosettes et du sucre.
L’adresse n’est pas tout à fait exacte. L’immeuble est bien à l’adresse indiquée mais son entrée est sur la rue à droite, cela devrait être indiqué dans l’annonce. Heureusement, que des passants nous ont renseignés.
Pour manger des tartines au petit déjeuner, j’avais rapporté le soir 2 tranches de pain du restaurant et le matin elles étaient couvertes de fourmis
