Quá tuyệt vời
Pros:

View đẹp,chill lắm ạ. Gia đình chủ rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, tiếc là gia đình mình ở được mỗi một đêm là phải di chuyển. Nhất định sẽ quay lại vào kỳ nghỉ tiếp theo.

Cons:

Mỗi con đường đều đưa chúng ta tới những kỷ niệm tuy nhiên con đường vào homestay sẽ đưa ta đến rất nhiều kỷ niệm😂😂😂

Pros:

La localisation, au cœur des montagnes calcaires, est absolument magnifique. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée. Ce homestay est tenu par une famille formidable, dont la maman cuisine avec beaucoup de talent. Elle est adorable, très gentille et toujours prête à rendre service.

Nous avons loué des scooters pour nous déplacer facilement dans la région, mais il est également possible de louer des vélos, électriques ou non, pour explorer les environs à son rythme.

Un endroit authentique, paisible et idéal pour découvrir cette superbe région.

Fabulous family-run place to stay in Trang An!
Pros:

The place is run by a lovely family. They welcomed us with fresh jackfruit that had just fallen from the tree. The owner Ngap is an incredible Wonder Woman; we believe there is absolutely nothing that she can not do!. She is super efficient, going all out to make sure everything is running smoothly and that everyone is happy and satisfied......all the time with such a smiling face and a happy easy-going disposition.

We had the rooms right in front of the pool view, with the limestone hills behind us as backdrop. We loved the huge long pool, such a delight during the brutal heatwave of Summer.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Everything is wonderful.

Cons:

Грязный бассейн. Визуально он чистый, но когда плывёшь в нём, понимаешь, насколько он грязный. Его пытаются чистить, но это не особо помогает.
Завтраки настолько скудные и ни о чём — лучше бы их не было.
У меня в номере не работал кондиционер, дул тёплым воздухом, видимо, был незаправлен. У моего брата в номере были насекомые и воняло, были проблемы со сливом/канализацией, отсюда и вонь.
Мы съехали досрочно, понятно, что за такую маленькую цену не надо ничего ожидать, но я написала о проблемах как есть.

Enjoyable, comfortable and excellent value for money
Pros:

We had a lovely 4 nights at this comfortable homestay. The rooms are, clean and quiet, plus the bed was huge and comfortable. However the most notable thing to say is the welcome from the family and the hardwork to make sure all the guests enjoyed themselves. On our first night our bus was delayed, however they were there to greet us and make us a tasty meal after our long journey. All of the food we ate was freshly prepared and delicious. The location was close enough to the local attractions and they organised a motorbike rental when we wanted to venture further. The pool is huge, and cleaned every day, a welcome swim after a hot day sightseeing was very welcome.

Recommended. Welcoming and peaceful property set up in nice tranquil and scenic area.
Pros:

Lovely stay at this property, super friendly and helpful host. Nice and quiet location with close proximity to many attraction by short taxi ride. Good size rooms, nice seating area outside of our bungalow. Restaurant on site had also good choice of food and it was tasty.

Cons:

Pool area was a bit slippery for kids, be aware of this. But it's not like it something that dealbreaker (pool was superb), just to mention for other tourists.

Superb stay, definitely would like to stay here again
Pros:

Home stay with nice and relaxing charm and large pool. Accommodation was not to busy at the time of stay. Very peaceful at night, with lot of lights around the lake. Sunrise from behind the mountain was beautiful to watch. Highly recommended, even tho it's a bit of out of the way from shops and city, but it's short taxi ride to all the key attractions or train station. Great value.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay (and extended it). The host family are really lovely people, the home cooked food is delicious, and they let us borrow some bikes which allowed us to explore a lot of Ninh Binh. The room was very comfortable and really well equipped (good Aircon & fan, comfy bed, lovely shower). The surrounding views are beautiful.
