The place is located about a 30-minute walk to the port, 1 min to the supermarket, and 1 min to the main road. The room is very spacious as is the bathroom. There is a separate entrance to the building (owners live downstairs). There is air conditioning, a fan, a hairdryer, a washing machine, desk to work at as well. The bed was very comfortable and very big. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.
The room is quite dark, however, if you are out during the day, this is not an issue.

Va ser una estància comòda, tant de bo haver-nos quedat més. La dutxa és tancada. L’habitació és ample i té armari. Tot està net. L’entrada a la casa enganya. Ubicació a uns 30-40min del centre caminant, pero amb tuk-tuk un moment
L’únic dolent és que hi havia soroll per la nit del carrer, però bé, era dissabte nit i es va acabar aviat.
Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación ya que está bastante céntrico.

매우 불친절한 관리자. 모기 방지 전혀 불가능. 수압이 지나치게 약하며 어메니티 제공 없음. 조명 어두움. 저렴한 숙소가 아니지만 현금 결제만 가능함. 낮은 가성비. 재방문 의사 없음.
Проживание в одном доме с хозяевами, в отдельной комнате. Все чисто, тихо, уютно. В центре Коломбо. Цена соответствует качеству. Семья дружелюбная. В комнате есть чайник, вода и все необходимое.
Doskonała lokalizacja , obok duży market , bary , restauracje, kawiarnie. W pokoju czyściutko , bardzo wygodne łóżko , mocna klimatyzacja , w łazience pralka . Przesympatyczna właścicielka . Oddzielne wejście . Filtrowana woda w pokoju w dzień przyjazdu .
Łazienka , grzyb i odpadający tynk , średnio działający kran oraz ciężko działający zamek do drzwi do pokoju
Stary budynek , średnio wyglądający z zewnątrz . W środku jest jednak klimacik utrzymany przez sympatycznych właścicieli
A clean and comfortable room with everything I needed. The host was very kind and welcoming — they even let me use the washing machine, which was very helpful. I had a great stay and would love to come back again! The location was great.
There was an issue with the bathroom tap — the water flow was extremely weak, almost not coming out at all. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
Very good place to stay in Bambalapitiya..around 500meter to the beach and railway station..it is a very good place to watch the costal railways of colombo..and the host Dr Souza was very friendly and helpful..i recommend this stay
Amazing property, the room was so lovely and the bathroom was amazing. Great location also and great hosts!! Would 100% recommend to anyone in Colombo
We enjoyed the stay from the beginning with friendly owners ready to help and a nice room with all the necessary attributes: cozy lighting, comfy bed, working place, fast 50Mbit wifi, kettle, air conditioner and a great spacious shower room with hot water. There were also a hair drier and a modern washing machine.
Location was also good, close to cafees restaurants, and touristic attractions.
And on the top of that the price was great.
There were no soap/shampoo in the bathroom.

The room and the bathroom are spacious and clean. The guesthouse is located in a strategic position, close to marine drive and the main historical sites. I really enjoyed talking to the host family
