La habitación apenas tenía enchufes. El cuarto de baño impresentable, de hotelucho de carretera: el retrete estaba separado de la zona de agua y era tan pequeño que había que hacerse su. Lado para poder entrar; la otra pieza de lavabo y bañera ducha era lamentable, una iluminación insuficiente en el espejo que no permitía afeitarse y una ducha metida dentro de la bañera con muy poco agua. Realmente inaceptable para un un hotel de estas estrella y en una habitación de lujo, según ellos.
Absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. Concierge was welcoming and nothing too much trouble. The facilities were first class. Rooms very comfortable, mini bar items free. Made a special fuss of the kids, hats, sunglasses, special chocolates for bed time.
The bar had stunning cocktails, even available around the pool. The restaurants were wonderful. Staff couldn’t be any better. Very happy with our stay. Location was fantastic, right on the beach front and a short walk from the town.

Dans la chambre 414 : dommage que la douche soit dans la baignoire et surtout qu’il n’y ait pas pas de barre d’appui à 1 m du sol de cette baignoire pour éviter une chute.

Hôtel magnifique ! Très jolie décoration appropriée à un établissement en front de mer. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel et surtout très bon dîner au Ciro’s sur la plage face à la mer ! Personnel attentionné et une mention spéciale pour la gentillesse et l’efficacite de l’equipe de voiturier !

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk, het eten was top op beide locaties. En er werd nergens aangehaald om tip te geven. Dat was zo bevrijdend na een weekje Londen te hebben gedaan waar je overal tip dient te geven.
Er zou beter een zwembad apart zijn voor de kinderen. Ons eigen kinderen zijn groot en er zijn nog geen kleinkinderen dus wij genieten nu even van een periode zonder kleine kinderen door te brengen. En aan het zwembad rustig liggen was geen optie.
