המלון ברמה טובה, אוכל טעים, מעולה ומגוון היה מבחר בארוחת הבוקר, צהריים וערב.
עשינו את החג במלון, קבלת פנים חמה, שירות אדיב ומהיר.
כל חדר קיבל ערכת תה 2 סוגים, צנצנת דבש, סלסלת פירות, שוקולד, בקבוק יין, 2 כוסות ליין, פותחן, מכונת קפה עם קפסולות, קומקום, כוסות רגילים, מקרר קטן מיני. המקלחת גדולה ומרווחת, יש מלא מגבות, פאן לשיער.
המלון היה בתפוסה מלאה בחג הינו 4 ימים אבל לא הרגשנו צפיפות, יש מרחב לכולם וגם בחדר האוכל היה סדר ישיבה מופתי.
מנהל חדר האוכל היה נעים הליכות, שירותי ואימפטי.
נהננו מכל מתקני המלון, הספא, הבריכה, חדר הכושר, המיני גולף....
היה בערב מופעים וביום הפעלות לילדים.
לא היה חסר דבר.
בהחלט נחזור שוב

מלון בסביבה יפה, אך יקר + תוספות תשלום בלתי צפויות, שירות לוקה בחסר, ותמורה נמוכה למחיר הגבוה
Pros:

אהבתי מאוד את הטבע והנוף המרגיעים סביב המלון. סביבת המלון נעימה ומטופחת, עם מדשאות פתוחות והרבה ירוק. הבריכה החיצונית הייתה נחמדה, אם כי היה יכול להיות נעים יותר עם מעט יותר אזורים מוצלים. חוויית המיני גולף הייתה מוצלחת מאוד עבור הילד, וגם מועדון הילדים היה פעיל - הוא שיחק שם, נהנה והעביר זמן בכיף.

Cons:

שירות ותמורה. שילמנו מחיר גבוה לשני לילות למבוגר וילד, וכשהגענו נאמר לנו שהילד בן ה־6 הוזן משום מה בהזמנה כבן 0 ונדרשנו להוסיף עוד 450 ש״ח. במחיר כל כך גבוה ציפיתי להרבה יותר. המלון הרגיש מיושן ולא מספיק מתוחזק ביחס למחיר, החדר היה קטן, הטלוויזיה מוקמה בצורה לא נוחה על הקיר הצדדי, ובלילה ראינו מספר תיקנים קטנים בחדר. מיטת תינוק שלא היינו צריכים לא פונתה למרות שביקשנו, ולבסוף הזזתי אותה בעצמי. גם את הפיצוי שהציעו שכחו להביא והיינו צריכים להזכיר למחרת. כשביקשנו מצוות הניקיון לחזור מאוחר יותר, החדר אמנם נוקה בסוף, אבל הרגשתי שאני צריכה להתעקש על כך. מגוון האוכל היה מצומצם יותר בהשוואה למלונות אחרים שבהם התארחנו. חשוב גם לדעת שזהו מלון שומר שבת: המעליות פועלות במתכונת שבת ובמהלך השבת לא ניתן היה להזמין בבר אוכל או שתייה חמים. בנוסף, לא הרגשתי שיש מספיק פעילויות או בידור למשפחה עם ילד בן 6. גם באזור היה קשה למצוא מה לעשות, משום שאטרקציות רבות עדיין היו סגורות אחרי המלחמה למרות שבחלק מהאתרים הן הוצגו כפעילות. בסך הכול החוויה הרגישה יקרה מדי ביחס לרמת התחזוקה, השירות, הניקיון, האוכל והפעילויות ובדיעבד היתי בוחרת מלון אחר במיקום אחר.
