В целом отель неплохой. А вот качество уборки не соответствует стандартам, приемлемым для этого отеля.
Pros:

Камерный уютный отель в самом сердце Old Tbilisi с неплохими завтраками. Вкусные омлет, свежие овощи и оладьи со сливовым вареньем. Внимательные и дружелюбные администраторы. Разговаривают как на русском, так и на английском языках.

Cons:

Уборка в номерах отсутствовала в принципе. Только создавался вид, что убирали. Хотя мы оставляли чаевые. Но и это не помогло. Нам лишь заправляли постель и по требованию меняли полотенца. Раковину и душевую не мыли.
Еще обнаружила, что мне подменили подзарядное устройство на iPhone. Жесть. Такого еще никогда не было. Даже предположить не могла, что такое могут сделать.

Впечатления самые хорошие от проживания в этом отеле.
Pros:

Хороший отель с прекрасным расположением в самом центре Тбилиси. Номера хорошие, чистые, с хорошей сантехникой, но сильная слышимость в номерах. Завтраки хорошие, персонал в основном доброжелательный. Часто были проблемы с кофемашиной, но персонал старался устранить проблему. Расположение 10 из 10!

Слышимость в номерах - в основном из коридора при открытии/закрытии дверей.

Незабутній відпочинок у самому серці Тбілісі

​Наше перебування в цьому готелі було просто чудовим.

Чому нам тут сподобалося:

​Неймовірна локація: Готель розташований у самому центрі Тбілісі, за кілька кроків від історичних Сірчаних лазень. Це ідеальна точка для прогулянок.

​Вид, що заворожує: Найбільше нам сподобався наш балкон! З нього відкривався приголомшливий вид на річку та прекрасний каньйон Легвтахеві (Інжирова ущелина). Це було ідеальне місце, щоб посидіти та насолодитися атмосферою міста.

​Смачні сніданки: Кожен ранок починався з чудового вибору страв. Все було свіже, смачне та дуже різноманітне.

​Ідеальний комфорт: У номері було чисто та затишно. Було приємно й тепло всередині, що дозволяло чудово розслабитися після тривалих прогулянок містом.

​Чуйний персонал: Команда готелю неймовірно уважна та привітна. Вони справді роблять усе можливе, щоб гості почувалися як удома.

NO VOLVERÉ A RESERVAR
Pros:

Bien ubicado y servicio correcto.

Cons:

Elegimos este hotel por su ubicación. Maldita la hora que decidí reservar aquí. Cogimos dos noches y no hemos descansado NADA. Hay un bar al lado donde hay música muy vibrante hasta las 2 am y ni con tapones en los oídos se quitaba esta pesadilla. No hemos dormido bien ni por la cama ya que además es súper incómoda. Teníamos un vuelo a las 3:00 am y decidimos dormir temprano para ir más descansados pero nos fuimos con unas ojeras hasta los pómulos, dolor de cabeza y una mala leche que no nos la quita nadie. Este hotel solo lo recomendaría si no existiese ningún otro en esta ciudad.

El servicio Ok correcto y el desayuno podría estar mejor. Aún así. No le doy ni una estrella.
