Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen und direkt neben der Grand Indonesia Mall. Dies war auch der Grund zur Auswahl dieses Hotels.
Die Ausstattung und der Service waren ausserordentlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

Pros:

I always wanted to try out a stay at a Mandarin Oriental hotel and this was the moment. I got an upgraded room which was beautiful, quiet and clean. Perfect stay, excellent staff and lovely breakfast. Central location.

Pros:

An amazing hotel, in a great location. We had an issue that needed support, and Anugrah, the duty manager, was amazing. He sorted everything out with no fuss Fredy,the bell boy was also brilliant. Overall a wonderful hotel.
