A Benidorm gem
Pros:

Great quiet location.
Spotless and well equipped
Super helpful staff
Access to washer and dryer was an added bonus.
Would definitely return

Cons:

Only minor issue was I struggled with the air con but that is probably more about my techno issues rather than the effectiveness of the unit.

Ottima posizione, staff molto gentile e cordiale.
Buona la pulizia.

Cons:

Ci sono ospiti molto rumorosi ,che non hanno nessun rispetto altrui,ridono,schiamazzano e sbattono le porte con violenza, a tutte le ore,specialmente nelle ore notturne! Molto scarna l'attrezzatura di una improvvisata cucina,con una piastra,da tirare fuori all'occorrenza. Un giorno, per noi,è stato più che sufficiente.

Perfect little find in the old town.
Pros:

We travelled from Murcia for an event ..
Before arrival the host sent me details of where to park and how to get in the building and keys etc
Found the property easily.. the apartment block is spotless and clean and smells fresh .
The apartments are in a perfect location near to all the bars restaurants and close to the beach .
4 females stayed ..2 in the beds and 2 in the put up bed .
The apartment was modern and spotless clean and the beds are very comfortable .
Everything you need for a holiday or a few nights .
It was silent at night so easy to sleep .
The host checked with us that everyone was ok which is a nice touch .
Definitely recommend.. we will be returning again to this property .. it’s a little gem 💎

Very pleasant would stay there again
Pros:

Location and quiet in the night

Cons:

Probably would have preferred another bed instead of bed settee wasn’t really comfortable for adult the way it was positioned having to climb down bed every time you needed to get up probably would be fine for a couple of young children
