We would stay there again.
Pros:

Close to a lot of places to eat, and the grocery store called the Monprix. Safe neighborhood, very nice staff, great overall stay.

Cons:

We liked everything, it was good value for the stay. As opposed to the higher prices in the Latin quarter.

I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Location was great, staff very welcoming, the park in front was very lovely outside our window. We felt far from the big boulevards that are only a block away. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.

Cons:

Our room needed a minor repair of a bedside shelf that wasn’t well secured to the wall. A minor matter.
