Great location and affordable price. All staff were extremely nice and responsive to our needs. Appreciated the amenities (roof top pool, towels to take to the beach, lounging area on the roof and reception, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in).

Cons:

Room cleanliness can improve (especially the bedding and flooring). We booked a room with a balcony, however, you could not go on the balcony (really just a larger window you can open up) and the room was facing another building extremely close to our room, thus we did not feel comfortable opening up the windows & balcony window).

Très bonne localisation, juste derrière la plage, idéale pour profiter facilement du bord de mer.
Personnel accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.
Bon niveau de confort avec des équipements corrects, offrant un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Un peu de bruit venant de la rue la nuit, même si cela semble assez courant au Vietnam.

Pros:

Чистый номер, очень дружелюбный персонал ❤️вкусные разнообразные завтраки, до моря 5 мин пешком. Расположен на туристической улице, но в номере было комфортно и не сильно мешал шум с улицы.

Great location and short distance walk from the beach. There is a free pool and the view from the pool is incredible. My only suggestion is to upgrade for a room with a view, it would be worth it. The staff are also very helpful and nice

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve had.
The staff were very rude from day shift to night shift, especially the lady named Phuong. She was very disrespectful and not accommodating at all.
The air conditioning was not cooling properly, so we had to use an electric fan and could not sleep well. There was also no air conditioning in the lobby or hallway. The room was dirty, and there was ongoing construction beside the building which was never mentioned in the listing.
Please check the bedsheets carefully ours were very dirty and even had blood stains.
If you want to enjoy your trip, it’s better to find another option. They also overcharge guests. We paid half of a full day’s rate for early check-in, and another half-day rate for just a few hours of late check-out.
Definitely not worth the money. I booked 5 rooms for my family and we are so dissapointed
