Size of the duplex apartment, comfortable bed, service orientation of staff. Great price for location, therefor a score of 7, otherwise 6.

Cons:

Apartment shows it's age: damaged floors, cracked tiles, AC in bedroom does not work properly (AC in living room fine), provided fan cannot be used efficiently due to short lead and lack of power points etc.
