We stayed in room 418 and the air conditioner leaked on the floor and the door lock needs to be fixed to-it wouldn’t hardly lock.We loved it tho

Ok for one night

Proximity to beach and other places

Cons:

Lack of customer service. Two members of staff were unfriendly one however was excellent.
No coffee available at all.

The pool area stayed open pretty late

Cons:

Property was kinda run down and in a state of disrepair the room, they stuck me in, was basically a maintenance closet that they turned into a room to maximize profits. There was no emergency exit so if the neighbor’s room would’ve caught on fire, I would’ve died and had no way to get out my curtains on my window were see-through on the third floor facing the pool walked out of my shower had my sister called me and told me that she could see me naked so there’s no telling how many other people saw me very embarrassing and upon telling hotel management at first he tried to tell me I was lying. Then when I showed him the pictures the only thing they done for me was give me the first night in that room for free and then they moved me for a to a different room that I had to pay for always smelled like urine. Just a bad experience door did not lock.
