Unser Aufenthalt in diesem angeblichen 4-Sterne-Hotel war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir äusserst unfreundlich empfangen und hatten direkt das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein.

Einen Tag vor unserer Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es in Norwegen einen Streik gibt und deshalb Services eingeschränkt angeboten werden können. Verständnis dafür hätten wir grundsätzlich gehabt – allerdings wurde der volle Preis verlangt, obwohl wesentliche Leistungen komplett oder weitgehend weggefallen sind.

Statt eines Frühstücksbuffets, das bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel selbstverständlich sein sollte, bekamen wir lediglich eine kleine Tüte mit einem Fruchtjoghurt, ein paar Crackern und einer Frucht. Dafür gab es keinerlei Preisnachlass oder Entschädigung. Das ist schlichtweg unverschämt.

Auch die Sauberkeit liess massiv zu wünschen übrig. Das Zimmer war bereits bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig sauber, und obwohl wir ausdrücklich darum gebeten hatten, wurde es am nächsten Tag trotzdem nicht gereinigt.

Insgesamt hat dieses Hotel in keiner Weise den Standard erfüllt, den man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf. Schlechter Service, mangelnde Sauberkeit und keinerlei Entgegenkommen gegenüber den Gästen. Wir würden definitiv nicht wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen.

Kamer was ok, schoon goede locatie. Met metro naar centrum Oslo.

Cons:

Staking van personeel. Slecht ontbijt! Geen korting op prijs kamer terwijl je voor ontbijt hebt betaald. Erg teleurgesteld.

Cet établissement est sublime. Tout y est épuré, chaleureux, parfait. La vue est extraordinaire.

Cons:

Rien du tout. Malgré la grève, le personnel restant s'est mis en quatre pour apporter des solutions de services, plus particulièrement au petit déjeuner.

Zum Frühstück gab es nur Müsli Joghurt und Croissants aufgrund des Streikes. Kein Entgegenkommen beim Preis trotz der mangelnden Auswahl am Frühstück. Parkplatz kostet 13 Euro die Nacht.

Rolig og fredelig med nydelig utsikt mot Oslofjorden. Frokosten var god, men litt redusert utvalgt pga pågående streik. Veldig smakfullt og stilig interiør med mye svensk kunst og designmøbler.

A comfortable room, simply but cozily furnished. The hotel is 30 minutes from the city, which is a big plus because it's quiet and peaceful, and the metro is convenient. The 30-minute metro ride transports you to a completely different world. The building is an architectural masterpiece. The view from the terrace is incredible. You can enjoy breakfast above the clouds.
