Vacation Apartments in Marina Del Rey

This is a scam. Be careful: they are not authorized to rent the place for short-term rentals. First, they changed the location when we tried to check in, and then we received a written notice stating that the property was not legally authorized for short-term rental use.

The written notice also threatened that the authorities could be called to evict us. The situation was extremely stressful and unsafe, and we felt we had no choice but to leave the next morning and urgently book alternative accommodation elsewhere at our own expense.

The property did not respond or provide a proper solution, and we had to spend many hours dealing with the problem. This caused major disruption, additional costs, and serious concern for our safety.

I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Great apartment and location. It was clean and had all the supplies I needed. The gym was great, had lots of good equipment.

Forests place was an extremely clean and cozy place to get away. Has great amenities and great view from the balcony. He was super helpful from start to finish. Definitely would book this stay again

We liked the location and level of security. We also liked that it had 2 rooms with en-suites. Very comfortable beds. We liked the kitchen facilities (toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, dishwasher).

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and in a very convenient location. Everything was easy to reach, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to Karen, who was incredibly helpful during check-in and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The property cancelled the apartment at the last minute on the day we were supposed to arrive. They stated there was flooding in the unit and offered us another unit in a Hollywood apartment complex. You couldn't reach anyone on the phone and it was all through text.

The location was amazing, especially being so close to the beach. We really enjoyed the easy access to Marina Del Rey and nearby coastal areas. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay.
