המלום ממקום באיזור שהוא קרוב להכל ובמרחק הליכה. וגם אם רוצים מונית יש מוניות זמינות תמיד במלון בכניסה מצד הפארק. החדרים מרווחים. חדר האוכל נמצא בקומה 15 עם נוף לכל העיר. החדרים שלנו פנו לכיוון הטיילת ככה שגם היה אפשר לראות את הגדלי הלהבה במלוא תפארתם.
למרות חדר האוכל הגדול והמרווח אלא שהמבחר בארוחת הבוקר היה ממש קטן. פעמיים חזרנו לחדרים אחרי יום טיול והחדרים לא היו נקיים ולא מסודרים. אחרי שהתראנו על זה בפעם הראשונה הבטיחו שזה לא יקרה שוב. בפעם השניה חזרנו לחדרים סביב השעה 19:00 ולא היו מסודרים ולא נקיים.
לא חשוב מה המלון יגיב על התגובה הזאת אבל אנחנו כמשפחה ששכרה שני חדרים למשך שבוע ושילמנו על 12 לילות לא נקבל פיצוי על אי הנוחות ועוגמת הנפש שגרמו לנו ובסוף יציעו פיצוי לפעם הבאה שנבוא אליהם, לשם אני לא חוזר יותר.

Location is great as its within walking distance of Nasimi street, staff were friendly and supportive. I had a pleasant stay with my family.
The bathroom faucet was leaking so was a bit inconvenient with water all over thhe floor every time it was used.

Very bad and rigid staff, extreme hygiene issues , like they put blood stained bed sheets in the room . Basic amenities like mirrors not in the room
Housekeeping staff took good care of us and always made sure we had everything we need. Special thanks to Khadija and Isabella for making us feel at home. And thanks to Nigar the Guest relations supervisor for the care and attention. Great stay!
Furniture is slightly dated but doesn’t affect the stay at all.

احببنا كل شيء، كل شي كان ممتاز العمال في الفندق لطيفين جداً.
ببساطة كل شي قربه ، تعامل الموظفين وبخاصة علي ، نظافة الغرف والدورات اجلكم الله ، رائحة الفندق والغرف روعه ، السكن في هذا الفندق لن تكون الاخيرة
