El hotel es muy bonito, el joven en recepción, sumamente atento, servicial, proactivo. El hotel tiene un estilo pintoresco, tradicional, cada una de sus habitaciones representan a lugares como Cholula, Atlixco de las Flores, Pahuatlán, Chignahuapan, Los Sapos, Safari Puebla y la propia Ciudad de Puebla.
Tiene una vista unica por la mañana.

Es un lugar con espacios muy especiales. Todas las habitaciones son diferentes. Tiene una terraza muy bonita con jardines naturales y una vista muy padre del Centro Histórico.

Había una gotera en el baño y la tv no funcionaba.
