Pros:

Staff - extremely friendly

Lo pasé muy bien allí. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera que vaya por primera vez a Seúl
Pros:

El desayuno está muy bien, variado, fresco, abundante. La máquina de café y otros amenities las 24 hs están muy bien.
La ubicación es muy buena, a metros de calles Supyo-ro y Donhwamun-ro-11-gil, que tienen mucho movimiento, especialmente a la noche; y muy cerca de Avenida Jong-Ro y de muchas estaciones de subterráneo.
La habitación está muy bien. Por supuesto no es de gran tamaño (parece que en Japón y Corea suele ser así), pero me sentí muy cómodo allí.

Cons:

No diría que NO me gustó, pero me resultó dificil encontrar el hotel, porque las aplicaciones de geolocalización (Google maps) no son tan precisas y el hotel está en una cortada muy pequeña que está a pocos metros de una calle amplia (Donhwamun-ro-11-gil), por lo que estando en esa calle me indicaba "ya llegaste", pero no era correcto. Tuve que ir preguntando.

Excellent value for money on great location
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally helpful.
Location was excellent with direct bus 6002 from ICN airport. Within walking distance of all attractions.
Room was well insulated so we could sleep comfortably without aircon.
Fantastic value for money

Cons:

Breakfast was fairly basic but was inexpensive.
We took room with spa bath, but didn't use it and it felt weird to have bath in bedroom.
No proper window in a room, but helped with adjusting to timezone

stay for the location :)
Pros:

great location & accessibility; spacious rooms.

Cons:

you can hear everything happening inside the hotel - every step in the hall, doors opening & closing; the bath/ shower is old; the window is quite small.

מעולה . הרגשה כמו בבית. המיקום מעולה . קטן מינימליסטי.

Not the kind of stay I was hoping for

The location

Cons:

*Staff doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate.

*Room's window is tiny, and very dark, practically useless. Couldn't get any light from it. I didn't pay to have a non-windowless room..

​*The room is poorly insulated for noise. You can hear absolutely everything from the street, people on the same floor, and even guests taking showers on the floor above. Made it very difficult to sleep or rest.

*The bathroom is extremely tiny/cramped. Once you take a shower, water gets everywhere, making the space completely unusable afterward.

Pros:

Personal de 10, el mejor un chico que tiene una novios española la nos explicó todo para hacer el check in y nos doy recomendación para nuestro viaje es de agradecer porque si no nos hubiéramos quedado sin trenes para viajar a otro puntos, el desayuno también es muy bueno y las habitaciones pequeñas, con la ducha estilo asiático, era correcto para el precio

Felt assured and safe.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and responsive. Everyone was prepared before my arrival and they even upgraded my room. I arrived very late at night and staff was very attentive and helpful.

スタッフの方がとても親切でした！LINEはあまり見ておられないようでしたが、直接の対応は全く問題なかったです。

Cons:

窓がない部屋で湿気で部屋がこもるので気になる方は要注意かと思います。部屋自体は綺麗でよかったです！
