Best location. Good facility. Needs better maintenance and restaurant staff.
Pros:

Very limited options for breakfast, and poor service. The taste was good.

Cons:

Service. I felt that the staff in the restaurant were quite indifferent. The breakfast was not ready on time.

There's no street light at night, and Hotel also switch off all its lights including its signage at night, feel like darkland, that's truly vulnerable.
