Buona struttura in ottima posizione
Pros:

La posizione e in generale il comfort dele camere. La disponibilità dello staff per la gestione di un inconveniente con il lavabo della camera. Si sono attivato tempestivamente e cambiato la camera dopo nostra richiesta.

Cons:

La colazione avrei preferito fosse un po piu ricca in particolare della sezione dolce

Hotel nuovissimo, tutto pulito e nuovo. Peccato non aver provato la colazione perché la nostra partenza è stata prima dell'orario di apertura (ci hanno comunque lasciato la colazione al sacco, cosa non scontata)

Cons:

Stanze forse un po' piccoline, soprattutto se si viaggia con tante valigie (ma l'hotel è talmente bello che ci si può tranquillamente organizzare)

This hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff; it's centrally located and has a great breakfast.
Pros:

What a great hotel! The rooms are beautiful. The view from room 501 was excellent - lots of the city and a partial view of Illimani. The breakfast is superb! Omelets, so many types of bread (including the still-warm loaves of sour dough), pastries (sweet and savory), fruits, juices, etc. The staff is wonderful. The concierge, breakfast staff, housekeeping...they are all so friendly and helpful. I would not even consider booking with another hotel if I return to La Paz.

Pros:

Centrally located & nice and modern.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the rooms. Even in winter the rooms heated up and were very hot, made sleeping uncomfortable. Was told just to ‘open a window’ by staff. The cleaning of rooms was also hit & miss. One day no cleaning was done even though we were out all day. After requesting a clean one was done in the evening.

Our room was super hot and there was no way to change it but other than that they did a great job.

Pros:

Perfect location - in a walking distance to many restaurant and attractions. Nicely decorated rooms and public areas. Restaurant on the 9th floor had great breakfast and amazing views of the city. Very nice staff. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Great service. Always helpful and polite. All staff super friendly. Breakfast box ready for my last day I left early. Loved the details and beautifully decorated.

Ramp for luggage is open only during the day.
