Our room was super hot and there was no way to change it but other than that they did a great job.

Centrally located & nice and modern.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the rooms. Even in winter the rooms heated up and were very hot, made sleeping uncomfortable. Was told just to ‘open a window’ by staff. The cleaning of rooms was also hit & miss. One day no cleaning was done even though we were out all day. After requesting a clean one was done in the evening.

Pros:

Perfect location - in a walking distance to many restaurant and attractions. Nicely decorated rooms and public areas. Restaurant on the 9th floor had great breakfast and amazing views of the city. Very nice staff. Highly recommend.

Great service. Always helpful and polite. All staff super friendly. Breakfast box ready for my last day I left early. Loved the details and beautifully decorated.

perfect location in La Paz

the most perfect choice in La Paz.
staff is wonderful, they all speak good english, very helpful all the time (they kept my luggage when I went to Copacapana and Isla del Sol, they helped me with the safe that I locked without reopening, with a breakfast box when I left at 6.30am).
Rooms are very good, very strong and hot shower, fluffy towels, nice cleaning service, they provide you with a water bottle when you reach.
They have an amazing view of the city and mountains from the breakfast restaurant, an ATM inside the hotel, and all the tours I booked that didn’t do hotel pick up - their pick up was 2 or max 4 min walking distance from the hotel as it’s very central. 3 min from many restaurants and the witches market.
