A memorable stay at Krumlov
Pros:

Beautiful and central location by the river, amazing views out the windows. Wonderful inclusive breakfast was provided, attention to details. Welcome fruits and water in the room was much appreciated. Generous hair shampoo and skin lotion. Staff was efficient and friendly. Very well priced. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Breakfast was served in basement.

Lovely one-night stay.
Pros:

Pros: location - next to the river, room facing the river had great views. The meals were also good. Had an excellent lunch, and enjoyed the breakfast spread very much. There was even prosecco for breakfast! Also enjoyed a nice soak in the bathtub!

Cons:

Cons: no a/c. I had mistakenly thought there was. They provided a fan in lieu. Luckily for me I was there mid August and it wasn’t that hot. Also no blackout curtains, so bring your eye masks if you need complete darkness to stay asleep.

Der Aufenthalt kann als romantisch, wohlfühlend, bisschen seelebäumelnd bezeichnet werden.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum der Altstadt gleich an der Moldau. Man hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Burg und das Treiben in der Fußgängerzone. Viele Lokale sind unweit entfernt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, hohe Räume und man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen. Das beruhigende Plätschern der angrenzenden Moldau empfanden wir als sehr schön. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstück kann man als gut bezeichnen, an sich hat nichts gefehlt hebt sich aber nicht von anderen ab.

Cons:

Trotz zahlungspflichtiger Vorbestellung ins Zimmer von Sekt und Blumen wurde uns lediglich eine Flasche Wein (nicht gekühlt) und leider kein Blumenstrauß hineingestellt. Das fand ich sehr schade da ich meine Frau damit überraschen wollte. Bei der Abreise wurde mir aber auch kein Blumenstrauß dann verrechnet. Was uns schon sehr gestört hatte waren die doch sehr schlecht oder vielleicht garnicht gewaschenen Weingläser. Wenn der Abdruck einer Lippe am Rand zu sehen ist, muss man nicht mehr dazu sagen. Das ist ein absolutes no go.

Cons:

Hotel nur zu Fuss erreichbar, Gepäck muss vom Parkplatz hingetragen werden. Nicht für Leute, die schlecht zu Fuss sind.
Zimmer zur Strasse sind sehr laut bei geöffnetem Fenster.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und guter Hotelführung

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Auch die Erreichbarkeit vom nahen, öffentlichen Parkplatz ist einfach. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und bietet eine schöne Auswahl um gut in den Tag zu starten. Die Zimmer und sind ausreichend groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Was ich als besonders positiv empfunden habe, war die Reaktion auf ein Reklamation, die wir bezüglich eines Zimmers hatten. Nicht nur, dass das Problem sofort beheben wurde kam etwas später der Hotelmanager, hat sich für den Fehler entschuldigt und uns auf ein Getränk eingeladen. Beim Umgang mit einer Reklamation zeigt sich ob ein Haus gut geführt wird. Wir haben uns als Gäste hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
