Everything was exceptional! We were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite, and the room was spacious, spotless, and offered a beautiful castle view. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
Hotel met expectations. Great location, cool old room - which we knew. Good size room, bathroom was well stocked and decent water pressure. Staff was friendly and professional.
Our room faced the road, so we had high outside noise level. I asked for a quiet room, so that was a little disappointing. Internet/wi-fi speed was slow.
Gostei muito de tudo! Optima localizaçao, muitissimo limpo, bonito, muito confortável, boa pressão de água, oferta de fruta, água e chocolate, tive um upgrade para quarto com vista lindissima e funcionário da recepçao nota 10!!!!!!
